I have seen that people are selling that LI-IOn battery of MDplayer for about $ 2 or 5 on ebay .They say sonys original new battry but i have doubt on them..

I`m not sure whether Sony will import one for me .If they do they will charge me alot of money for importing that .for eg if that cost around $300 in US they will charge me $500 in US or more .I will rather prefer to buy from Abroad .Even after paying customs it will not cost me that much . It`s sad that Till now I don`t have Any MD players but i`m sure soon i will get it .. There is always a chance that older units getting cheap when new unit comes out in the market but that takes sometime time ..But I have seen your profile that you are also from India ..& Sony is never going to launch it here ..Aslo It is not easy to get these from Gray market also . So We might need to to import it from outside .

Hi Fat Muttony, We are still not sure when Sony will officially announce this But Might get an announcement from Sony in April.

I think this unit was made for girls only ...How colourful it is .. Overall unit look rather odd..

This post suggest that it is going to be "MAC COMPATIBLE " that means SonicStage ver3.4 by that time will be compatible with MAC How ??????

Hello Admin , HELP ! Every time i need to access forums.minidisc,org .I need to use proxy Ip address & It is so slow (to open one page i need atleast two -three minutes ) that i`m unable to read all the post i want... ironss, Welcome to MDCF!! It will be better if you can install Windows Media Player 10 then Again Reinstal SonicStage ver3.4 .

SonicStage reads all my EnHANCED Cd`s fine except for one cd that is "Las Ketchup' also made by Sony Music amazing isnt` it .

ngunsl, have tried to reinstall ithe SS ver3.4 again????

If i`m right our Atrac cd player are not compatible with new bit rates.Thats why sony is not adding them.

I do watch tv but not thatt lot....I usally watch tv for Sports & news First i`m living in India sO i watch Cricket a lot ..I do watch othe Sports event i like to watch are Hockey,etcetc Cartoonslike Tom & Jerry Duck Tales(my favorite cartoon when i was small)... As far as movies are concern i don`t like to see a movie on a small screen so i like it in a cinema hall (I don`t go regulary {6 movies in year thats it )
