Hello, folks. I managed to land my pirate paws on a sealed, new and unblemished NH600.

This is not the "D" model that cannot record from a line-in or optical, so it's not limited as a download-only unit.

I am bundling it together with an EH70 Hi-MD player. What you see is what you get, though I will include some discs and a p-leather carrying case. Can't sell them separately, unless I get a buyer for each unit.

You may ask yourself why. Easy. These two units complement each other, and are a perfect package for those who just want to jump on the bandwagon, or he who needs a backup unit. You can record with the NH600 unit, and leave it safely at your home, so you can upload all your recordings with it, and when you need to listen to your music, you can grab the EH70, which has the awesome HD amp and equalizer, along with Virtual Phone technology.

In other words you are getting two Hi-MD units, with the best of the first and second generations, for less than the price of an RH910!

The NH600 comes with headphones, unit of course, USB cable and SonicStage CD. (I'll get you a CD with the newest versions, too.)

The EH70 comes with headphones, remote (sealed as you can see), AA battery case and one Gumstick. I don't have the cradle or the charger for this unit, that's why you are getting the total package for a song. If you want, I can get you a cheap NiMH charger so you don't have to deal with having to buy fresh Alkalines, for a modest extra amount. Both units take AA batteries, of course. The remote works with both units.

165 USD Plus shipping sound good?

Will take Paypal, but you must pay the fees. Money Order accepted within the US. Will ship to Europe, Canada and Australia. Check my feedback and see I'm an honest person with several transactions here.

Let me know if you have any questions.

-Syrius

Hi Guitarfxr. I'm interested in the nh600. Now I'm at work and haven't time to watch which unit EH70 is, so i don't know if it would interests me or not. I'll watch later and post my answer, but I'm really interested at least in the nh600.

Uuups!!! Sorry, I shuffled your names. I mean Syrius.

Now I have take a look to the EH70 and I'm in doubt if I'm interested in it or not. :S

Someone could help me to decide? I have two N710 that used linked to my hi-fi (I have my collection in sp, one md for one album) an RH10 (that I use to hear music with earphones at home) and one nh600 that I used outside, so want another NH600 as replacement, but don't know where an EH70 fits in my life.

The EH70 doesn't play mp3s,is it? Cause if it does it would be a great gift to my girlfriend, but it need to play them (well, she's begining in MD world so his collection is still in mp3).

Also, could you post the shipping costs to Spain?

Thanks.

Taliesin, I'd prefer to sell both units. The EH70 sounds fantastic with its HD amp and equalizer, you'd be missing out not getting it, and the NH600 doesn't have a remote. Besides, isn't the Euro much stronger against the dollar now? I already have an EH50, and since the 70 sounds the same, that's why I need to get rid of it. And given it's not complete, I doubt anybody would like to buy it for 65 dollars as it is, would anybody?

Please let me know. To have those units sit here, un-loved, is just a crime!

I'd be interested in the EH70, I have been looking at one from Germany for months unable to decide. I have one player-only NH700 but the slim form factor of the EH70 is appealing. One reason I held off was hoping that it might pop up in the equipment browser (hint hint someone!). How much is postage to Canada?

Oh - it requires a charger stand, cannot be charged with regular yellow-tip 3V?

Uhmm, Siryus. When you say your nh600 doesn't have remote you mean it doesn't bring a remote or that it doesn't have a port for it?

Also, as collector caprice I like EH70 a lot, but being practical I don't think I can justify buying it :(

Do you think there is any posibility selling to me the nh600 and to sfpb the EH70?

I have a similar EH50. The player uses NH-14WM gumstick batteries. It has a proprietary power connector. You'll have to use the dock to charge the battery in the player, but the dock does use the regular yellow-tip 3V.

Taliesin, that depends on SFBP, as I already have a couple of other buyers interested in the package. The NH600 does not come with a remote, but will use any HI-MD remote available. It has USB, line/optical in, headphone and remote in. The remote in the picture, which belongs to the EH70, will work with it.

Let's see...

SFBP, the EH70 doesn't have the charger/cradle. That's why I am selling it with the sidecar AA adapter, and offering the option of a charger if so desired. I use the EH70 by charging the gumstick in my NH900.

I am willing to let go of the NH600 for 110 and 65 for the EH70, if separate.

Sold separately, the NH600 comes with the unit, USB cable and earphones. Doesn't come with a remote, but will accept one.

The EH70 has remote, headphones, AA case, unit of course, and one gumstick, but no charger or cradle.

Oh, sorry, that's the part I didn't realise. Since I don't have the charger and I don't know what the charge stand looks like (I have already one for the NF810 and one for the N910 but it's not clear either is going to fit) I had better pass.

Thanks for the reply.

  • 2 weeks later...

Okay, folks. Here I am again. Since there is interest in the units being sold separately, I have revised my offer:

First, the sealed, brand-new NH600 (Not D-series, meaning it has a line-in, but no mic) along with a separate NI-MH charger, for exactly 110 USD plus ship. Comes with USB cable, unit and Headphones. No batteries, but you can get those cheap by yourself, right? Charger is rated for US voltage.

Second bundle:

I found my old JVC XM-PJ1 in the closet, and since it has a gumstick charger, I decided to add it to the EH70. This is JVC's first player unit, SP-Only. The bass is simply amazing, and minus the headphones, it's complete with charger and AC/Adapter. The PJ1 Will take both an AA and a gumstick at the same time, for increased battery life. I even have the manual for it. :D

The EH70 comes with a sealed remote, earphones, two gumsticks (one for each unit), and AA sidecar adapter and beat up carrying case (not pictured, it's not as bad as it sounds). 75 USD for the EH70 and PJ1 plus shipping okay? Basically you are getting the EH70 with a gumstick charger and the PJ1 for only 10 more bucks as it was originally priced. Charger is rated for US voltage. Both the units in this package are used and have some scuffs, nothing major.

I will take money order. Paypal is ok, but please add 3% to the total to cover the fees. Will also ship to Europe, Canada, and Australia.

NH600 with Charger: 110 USD + ship.

EH70 with XM-PJ1: 75 + Ship.
