Go here in a few month's time: http://www.minidisc.com.au/ Also, you can send a private message to Sefu here at the forums, he runs Minidisc Australia.
-
Er, of course they would refund, why wouldn't they? I imagine it's still within it's warranty. Did you actually buy the unit from Sony or a store?
-
Welcome to the forums! Well, depends on the maximum budget and what you really want. First generation Hi-MD is compatible with the old MD format, like your R70, and can upload and so forth. Second generation Hi-MD is NOT able to write old Minidiscs that are compatible with your R70 but can read discs that were written by the R70. If I were you I'd get a MZ-RH900 when they lower in price in a month or two.

Hey, as a bassist I resent this! Seriously. p.s. hayduke, very nice. Sounds like gold through these shitty Dell speakers at work.

If you don't have a Hi-MD unit, http://forums.minidisc.org/index.php?showtopic=7070

Welcome to the forums. Try a different disc? What kind of files are the source music, i.e. mp3, etc.
-
Aye, glad you got your problems squared away. I had snipped this into a new thread as it wasn't really relevant to the topic you replied to with it.
-
Shouldn't the thread title be, "Jennifer Lopez is slumping further down the spiral with "dual disc"".
-
Nice Mikami! What's the model number on that Panasonic?
-
Done.
-
Isn't it simply drag and drop?

Welcome to the forums, please read the FAQ's at the top of this forum [software support/faq's].

I agree with your Sharp recommendations [espesically that DR77, yum!], but cite links from our equipment browser, eh? DR77: http://minidisc.org/part_Sharp_MD-DR77.html DR7: http://minidisc.org/part_Sharp_MD-DR470+DR480+DR7.html

Welcome to the forums. We can't really help you until you read the FAQ's and post what is stated in the rules.
-
They should have the webmaster and I in it, dressed up as Hi-MD discs, as big as a city and fighting some HDD player in a city like Tokyo or something..
-
Welcome, I have moved your post as it was in the wrong forum. I want you to read some of the topics at the top of this forum [software Support/FAQ's] and also post back with your system specs. The recommended specs you post are in the rules.

Some red MZ-DH10P ad I found on Sony Japan's site, that I can't understand..
-
Welcome to the forums, Snacho. It is in the FAQ.
-
Yes, they can play back any discs. Let me make sure you guys aren't spouting misinformation. Second generation can record in ANY ATRAC3/plus flavor, including the old ATRAC3 bitrates, but only in Hi-MD mode - meaning that it cannot record discs compatible with older MD-only equipment. This is what first generation Hi-MD was for. And of course it's Minidisc, but just an evolution.

Good question. These types of figures are hard to obtain, and the only services I've seen that offer this data charge out the rear. I do know that Hi-MD outsold the iPod in the UK during Christmas '04..
-
I know what you're referring to, but those people aren't speaking of the NH1, but rather the HD1/3.
-
Good find.. ..and a nice boombox, and somewhat similiar to the few that have been released in the same line in the last year or so. Usually these are nearly impossible to obtain in the US except through an e-tailer called Audiocubes, which marks up the prices to inane amounts and makes the purchase only for those whom have no limitations with spending money. I would love to have one of these at work, more or less with Hi-MD support.
-
Welcome..It will be available in the thread you've already posted in, which I deleted the reply as it's a double post. http://forums.minidisc.org/index.php?showtopic=8183

Welcome to the forums, ryanyan. What version of Sonicstage?
