  1. F' your cryptic responses, I'll just go check out Amazon's little poorly-encoded demos. I like your labels btw, the only thing that bites is buying color cartridges. What is dMS btw?
  2. Just wanted to say I haven't forgotten, just been a busy weekend. Will make the changes on Monday, please post any further corrections if possible.
  3. I've heard about that Hawksley Workman fellow, how is he? A description of his music without unnecessary genre-relation, if possible.
  4. Nothing. I promise you as soon as I hear anything this forum will be the first to know. I've never failed to deliver on big news, and I won't fail on this.
  5. I know nothing of these "CD players" you speak of [], but just to answer the inevitable question, what's your maximum budget?
  6. Why not think ahead and get the NH930? Or are you absolute on pink?
  7. I'm not so sure about that. What second generation model were you interested in?
  8. Thanks for the heads up, zqcolor. The reason why I stated what I did is because Sonicstage 1.5 sucks. Sonicstage 3 is a night and day difference and will most likely solve his woes upon installation.
  9. Not trying to be harsh, just firm so you understand - my main intent is to help, remember this. If you read the pinned topics, you would see that we don't support OpenMG anymore. You need to uninstall via the directions in the FAQ and download Sonicstage 3 from connect.com, as it is a much better experience.
  10. Welcome to the forums, btw. Nice one, bland, great info.
  11. Sorry mate, you can't have them together if you install Sonicstage 3 over it. Is there any way you can install the Mastering Studio [only] after installing Sonicstage 3 without installing Sonicstage 1.x?
  12. Daij, how's this going? How can we help?
  13. Try posting according to the rules. Once we know your system specs we can then help you.
  14. Just download Sonicstage 3 and then upload the tracks that way. It will automatically ask you if you want to convert the tracks to wav.
  15. Let me guess, the rest of the movie is about the recipient complaining that she should've stolen her a MD recorder instead as the E900 can't record? An alternate ending on the DVD could be she actually gets a NetMD unit, installs Sonicstage and the computer explodes.
  16. Welcome.. Sonicstage works with Sharp MD units, you just have to install the driver for the unit first and only, and then install Sonicstage.
  17. You probably need the latest service pack for Windows 2000. Try going to windows update. Posting by the rules [pinned at the top of the forum] would be a good idea, too.
  18. I can see that one now.. "oh yeah mates, I just found it in my room with a ton of paint on the outside and inside, bloody random if I ever saw it."
  19. These are excellent pictures, and I appreciate the white background as that signals you genuinely put some effort into this endeavor - it'll be appreciated by the thousands of people who view this thread when I put it in the next Forum Focus. If you could put some impressions or even a 500 plus word review, I'll put it in the Product Reviews subforum. p.s. When you record something with a microphone, can you explain the manual/automatic portion, and/or show a picture of the menu that relates to this? Another question you could answer is if it remembers the recording settings, i.e. if you left it on a manual recording mode and then turned the unit off, turn it back on does it remember?
  20. Sony doesn't run this site, and I don't think they could handle running it, either. There is no bug, there is no recall, hence why the other thread was deleted to avoid speculation. This sort of speculation casts doubt in people's minds, and may correlate to lesser sales for any generation of Hi-MD, hence why we are very careful about what is said here, espesically now that search engine spiders collect everything we say hourly. Furthermore, with more than 50-100 users on at any time, we are a very heavy influence for the MD community. This thread isn't going anywhere, and is locked. I figured you would've gotten the hint when the first one was deleted, so I'll say it here: Do not post another thread like this again unless it's for real.
  21. You can download it manually here: SP2.
  22. Just get a converter off Voltage Converters.
  23. Sorta off topic, but are you planning to review one?
  24. Welcome. The NH700 would be more practical for these purposes, as the NH900 is not something that I would run with - and I'm not saying it's not necessarily weak, but I rather scratch plastic on the NH700 than the aluminum front of the NH900. Actually, if you could get the NH600 that would probably be the best choice - don't really need a full recorder, eh?
