Something for consideration: A certain euro Sony HDD player was just cracked in service mode to remove the "eurocap" limiting the volume. Maybe someone should look closely at Euro unit values and elsewhere?

Sonicstage in all perspectives works fine on my self-built Athlon 64. No botched uploads with SS 2.3 in more than one hundred trials, either.

I removed your attachment, lkawamot. You can convert that bmp to gif or jpeg as it's not an image and merely just text and wouldn't suffer in image quality. That bmp was too big; 300ish kb's

Have you even used a 40ELK? Er.. The reason why I ask is because the 40ELK is extremely easy to use with one hand. In fact, I primarily use it with only one. Additionally, with almost ten different ways to display information on a track [name, statistical, graphical and so forth], I am curious as to what you're referring to. I'm a bit confused as to what you mean when you say, "it doesn't display enough at a time".

I have a better outlook on ATRAC3/plus after reading this. And yes I agree - if Sony was at least more open with development it would attract interest. The reason why codecs like flac, ogg, aac and so forth are so popular is because the community revolving around it had a large influence on it's direction - something that ATRAC3/plus doesn't have. Sony's close-minded nature really astounds me compared to the days of old, but perhaps later this decade they'll have either imploded or blossomed / reborn into something grand. Maybe we should take bets.
