  1. Welcome to the forums, INTI.. He/she/it already has the E810 though, so why not MD? I say go for a deck as well, but more importantly, what is the maximum budget?
  2. Jeez, I about fell out of my chair with that one, KJ. Cori, go for it! Every time I talk to you online or read your posts you're always talking about techie things, and I know for sure you've been spending your money on your rig as of late. Treat yourself to something a little nice every once in a while, I say. Come on though, when you going to buy them vitamins? [inside joke ] I guess you can't really say, "Post pics and impressions when you recieve it" for this one..
  3. This isn't Sony's fault. There is an issue with your computer that is causing conflict, and blaming Sony for this is not necessary. These types of cases are very rare these days and I would suggest all guest readers and such NOT associate a general Sonicstage experience with "TurdFergasun"'s.
  4. You need not worry: http://forums.minidisc.org/index.php?showtopic=7687
  5. Try this: http://forums.minidisc.org/index.php?showtopic=6621 Additionally, if you have XP, upgrade to Service Pack 2.
  6. Yep yep, going down to Georgia and such to see my family and some folk..y'all don't do anything bad.
  7. You uninstalled completely via the directions in the NetMD faq, registry edits and all - restarted, and then installed Sonicstage 2.3 from the link I provided?
  8. Uninstall via the directions in the NetMD faq found within the NetMD forum, and then install Sonicstage 2.3 from here: http://forums.minidisc.org/images/SS23ENG.exe
  9. Do you have administrative rights on your user account?
  10. Looks like a jungle of confusion. What do you use now for editing?

  12. Can you imagine that place? Hundreds of degrees below zero, seas of gasoline and Saturn looming on the horizon? Absolutely stunning. I wish that there was better image quality with the attached camera, but it is still an amazing endeavor.
  13. No problem, mate. Nice to see a new person take the time to thank the community, it's very appreciated. Hope to see ya around more!
  14. That's funny, I never use the on unit controls.
  15. Sonicstage 2.3 is available to download from the minidisc.org servers. I turn the announcement on during the evenings eastern standard time. ..and in the future, install SP2 people! It nullifies the one hotfix for OpenMG/etc as it corrects the issue in a different way. So don't even mess with hotfixes if you have XP, just install SP2.
  16. I refuse to believe Sonicstage documentation says nothing about transferring to your library. Additionally, I have been able to transfer to my library without a unit attached.
  17. I'll have to give it a shot on my 2.8ghz A64 w/ 1 gig of 2-2-2-5 native DDR400.. btw, the only USB device attached is the trackball, right?

I think the issue is the possibility of fraud. Not that they are accusing you of such, it's just that those small areas have a higher potential of doing such activities. This is not anything new to you, I imagine. What's it like when you shop at other e-tailers?
  20. Have you tried Stop on the remote?
  21. I've actually had a few issues with the NH900 turning off, but this was only occuring when I would stay up till inane times at night, it seems..but yes, I have woken up and found my NH900 still playing a few times [not often]. I've made it a habit to press stop multiple times instead of just once to turn off the unit.
  22. I think he's stating that she doesn't have an internet connection and needs a static download link. You can download the whole Sonicstage 2.3 installation file here: http://forums.minidisc.org/images/SS23ENG.exe
