  1. Hey ishi, do you know if the VAIO thing works with the HD3? (I doubt it, but whatever) and where can I download it. (searched w/no result)
  2. The Coolest recorder ever: (there's a sony which is kinda like it) JVC Victor...thing: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...me=STRK:MEWA:IT Kenwood MD Player (P33 I think) Ends Monday http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...me=STRK:MEWA:IT Sony Lumina blanks (9) Ends Monday http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...me=STRK:MEWA:IT dunno if it's the same JA20ES, but I want it if it's under 60 bucks...lol (because that's the remote's price and I don't have one) http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...me=STRK:MEWA:IT
  3. I was up visiting my sister in PA today and we stopped at the Lancaster? Sony Outlet (forgot which one it's at, they have like two there) but they had a whole bunch of HD3s for $200 bucks...factory new. They have at least one Blue as of today and a bunch of Pinks and Reds. I didn't know where to put this, so this is for sale...whatever
  4. Might do that, but that's over 1/3 the price of what I got my 20 for! LOL...haha, I guess I can get it eventually since nobody buys stuff from them. Thanks for the link though, last time I looked it was like 120 or something at another site.
  5. How long does the 980 take to load a disc and read the TOC? My 20 is nearly instantaneous once the disc is in which I found really impressive. Also, does it have variable analog outputs? Mine does but unfortunately only accessable through the remote which I do not have
  6. Yeah, the silver keeps the nice face, but puts a hideous surrounding silver color on it. It just does not mesh well at all. I did love my E900, but I had no use for it as I loved my E700 more so I sold it...much lighter than the E700 in fact, by a long shot. Ishi, dude, you've got some nice light in your place man...I only get artificial light here since my room's in the back of my house with like 500 000 000 000 trees and so it's dark in here even if the blinds are up When I was selling it I took a million pics right before then so I'd remember it (the only piece of electronics I've ever sold to somebody)... I happen to like these wallpaper-sized ones ->
  7. Definetely NOT LP2, dude. LP4 is BAD!! USE LP2!! It is the only way (or, SP, if you've got some oooold units). (I tried to make that funny...)
  8. Well, the reason they're "foamies" is because they're made out of foam.
  9. Hahaha, I had those two both at the same time...I will say that the A500s have the smoothness which the D66s do not. I do need a new pair of eggos since my band broke (cracked)...
  10. You mean the foamies? Foamies are cool...iPod 'butts' sound a lot better with them. btw Spongebob is t3h awesomeness. ( aka )
  11. Thanks for linking me to that site again, I love that place and all their like 50 limited-edition pokemon GBA-SPs, lol
  12. That thing's sweet...almost makes me want to spend $10 more and get that over the HD3...
  13. Yeah that's what I mean. If you want some cheap good earbuds, pick up the Sennheiser MX400/MX500 (volume control) or the MX550. They should be like $20 US at most.
  14. I'm having problems with that statement. Otherwise, I can't imagine these being anywhere near high-fidelity, maybe good for those portable DVD-watchers, but for serious music-listeners I'd suggest look elsewhere unless you want some bloatware
  15. There's no way on earth they're gonna be as boomy/craptastic as the EX series, those things are known for bass. The A500s are not. I'd suggest getting a CMOY amplifier and the Beyerdynamic DT770 if you want lots of bass, they're the "bassmonsters."
  16. I just had some "beef" Top Ramen with Pepsi.
  17. I used to play in my school's band (Jazz was the only option), so we played stuff like Take 5 (great candy bar) and all that goodness. It'd be cool to be in a rock band, or whatever, but I don't really know any chords or technique for guitar. I played the Euphonium in Jazz band and Trombone in middle school.
  18. lol, I miss the t-station (minidisct.com) and the tboard, it's all weird now
  19. HEY!, it was cheap, lol. I'm gonna get an A64 anyway, and if you're wondering they probably will only implement this bs in consumer chips, meaning Xeon and Opteron are free of it, and they've got dual-core.
  20. lol, the cord is quite lengthy. I remember mine like I had them yesterday, a truly great pair of headphones...powered through my E50 I was like WHOA at the bass, it was rediculous. Here's a cleaner photograph (and a really old one, lol):
  21. If you want my opinions/features or whatever (haven't looked in a while) and lots of pictures of my remotes...look up here: http://minidisct.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=25859
  22. Yeah, the walkman thing is way too big, and the colours kill it. Otherwise, the N10 was sick...especially the "graphite" colour. Anyway, cool find (the album, that is)
  23. Could be the brand name, in europe there's a brand called "Best Media"...yeah anyway, they look like the savit discs from minidiscaccess.com or the best media ones. Either way they're probably fine.
  24. MD discs (original ones, haven't ever used Hi-MD) only have a TITLE feature for each song, you can type whatever you want in there, but normally it just puts the title and you have edit in the artist if you want it.
