Oh, that'd be so cool. I used to drive a '96 Maxima, but I've got a '02 Infiniti i35 now.

Get the RM-MC33EL remote, I use it with my n510. The backlight works and all menu fuctions are supported.
-
You ought to try different headphones too, the stock ones aren't all that great.
-
The MZ-N520 uses a standard AA size battery. Don't look for gumsticks. By the way, please get a rechargable NIMH with more capacity than Sony's offerings. You won't regret it.
-
You've got to connect the unit to your PC and delete tracks in Sonicstage.

That was a great review from a user's perspective. I'm glad that you love the NH1 so much. It furthers confirms that a Hi-MD unit will be my next recorder.
-
I think that this was just a mistype. The NH1 has an combo analog/optical line-in 3.5mm jack and a combo headphone/line-out 3.5mm jack.
-
Yeah, I kinda knew that. The DNE900 I bought came in a black box too.
-
Thanks for sharing the info.

Is the NH1 packaged in plastic or in a cardboard box?

I've got a Sony MZ-R50 for sale. It's in very good condition and will include the AA battery attachment, remote, felt bag, an optical cable, and two unused 74min MDs. I tried to get into this unit, but it just wasn't for me. The stand out feature of the R50 is that it has a great Line-Out jack. This is great for copying MDs or using the unit with a stereo. I hope that someone here can buy my MDR and give it the love and use it deserves. My asking price is $75 shipped. I'm open to offers or interesting trades for headphones, MDLP gear, or Hi-MD (dare I dream).

Is there anyone would like to download 20 free music in USA?

Sadly there is no better way to get pre-Hi-MD recordings back to the PC than analog in realtime.

Happy Holidays Bhangraman, and to one and all. Peace, hope, joy, and love to all this season.

Congrats Chris. I look forward to your review.

Have a Hi-MD question that doesn't need a thread? [part III]
Fat Tires replied to Christopher's topic in Minidisc
That seems like a perfectly plausible idea to me. A $7 Hi-MD beats carrying around a USB drive. You'll have your Hi-MD recorder with you anyway. -
The short story of my experience is that I've owned these phones before and hated them, but i just tried a fully (and then some) burned-in pair and they sound great. I guess they can be decent phones after all.

This really is an off-topic thread. With that said, the seller must've added an extra zero by mistake.

Thanks for the welcome. I look forward to continuing to serve the MD community here at the MDCF.
-
I can seriously see myself using one of them.
-
You can do it in Simpleburner. Just go to the config menu and reformat the MD. I am using Simpleburner 2 by the way.
-
Good luck. If that doesn't work, then you're in trouble.

Sony ought to release a Hi-MD sports unit. I'm sure that it'd be popular. Several hours of Hi=SP or Hi-LP, good battery life, compared to a HDD DAP, and it would still have removable media. I'd more than likely get one.

I thought that the S1 was a Type R model. It came out about the same time as the n505 and that generation.
