  8. You can remove the Connect Music Service module by deleting the EMD entry within SonicStage's registry. Proceed accordingly as outlined below: --> click Start-->Run-->type "regedit" --> locate "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Sony Corporation\SonicStage\EMD"; then delete it. That should take care of it. If you have any other queries pertaining to this issue, please create a new thread within "Software" section and we will assist you accordingly. Good luck.
  9. You can attempt to purchase the TDK 'Wa" MD media from member: bland10000. According to most MDCF members, he offers impeccable service at competitive price.
  10. Congratulations on the purchase. I am about to order my copy as well. For present owners of PSP Media Manager 1.0 – if you did not receive the upgrade invitation via email, you can request a direct upgrade pricing (@ $9.95) thru Sony Media Software’s customer service.
  11. That's a good start. As soon as we get more PSP members, perhaps a PSP Wallpaper archive will materialize. I shall post a wallpaper from my end shortly. Thanks for sharing Danny!

  14. You mentioned that the original CD from your VAIO Pocket crashed during SonicStage's setup. So, were you able to install SonicStage along with its driver? Did Windows recognize your VAIO Pocket as "Sony HMP-U01"? If not, the VAIO Pocket's driver (Sony Mass Storage Driver/ATRAC HDD VAIO.Driver) is definitely not present within your system.
  15. I’m sorry for the delayed response. Assuming you have forgotten the entire procedure, please follow the following steps: Connect your VAIO Pocket with the PC. Copy and paste the latest English firmware (either from the EU or the US) onto the VAIO Pocket once the device displays: "Data Transfer Mode: Connected to PC". Disconnect the VAIO Pocket from the PC. Note: before proceeding to update the firmware, ensure that your VAIO Pocket is fully charged. Just to be safe, leave the VAIO Pocket in its cradle during the firmware update. Once you are ready to update, review your VAIO Pocket and go to メインメニュー (Main Menu) --> 設定 (Settings) --> ファームウェアアップデート (Firmware Update). At this point, current firmware version information along with the firmware you are about to apply should be on display. Select アップデート (Update) and confirm [OK]. Accordingly the firmware update will commence and a blue progress bar will appear. Do not touch the VAIO Pocket until the blue progress bar disappears. Upon completion, the VAIO Pocket will turn itself off automatically. Finally, switch your VAIO Pocket back on and reset its settings accordingly.Since you are selling the VAIO Pocket, you may want to conduct a “HDD Format” via the VAIO Pocket’s “Initializations” menu. (if I remember correctly, you will still have files intact within the VAIO Pocket upon a firmware update; but I could be mistaken.) That way your prospective buyer could start afresh so to speak. Good luck with your sale.
  16. I concur with Adrian. Whenever possible, install the individual codec by itself.
