  1. Sony USA doesn't even stock the 4 gig W950i & W960i Walkman phones. The best on offer is the W880i with a 1 gig memory card.

    Time to get organised!

Personally I wouldn't take this route as I don't believe in one device does all, and I like having all the different Sony dap's. If I were to, I would look in to getting the S/E W950i or W960i

If it's next to the one in Mayfair you would have to sell all of your Sony gadgets to pay his fee.
  6. No, I ment the album cover on your recent post. What genre is it? I have never heard of the artist before.

Even my two sons aged 10 and 6 rejected them. One has an NW-E405 & the other an NW-E407

You know the ones I mean don't you? Have you listened to one? OMG, they sound awful
  10. I to would return home to pick up a dap. Without one on the commute to and from work, I would feel naked.
  11. The cover reminds me of Loose Ends for example. You know that soul/disco stuff from the late 70's early 80's.
  12. .......What is it, Gangsta rap??? or as your wife may put it Gangsta cRap

My wife also thinks I'm mad. She has an A1000 because I got it for her as a present. If she were to buy one it would be one of those 1 gig ones for £20 they sell in Tescos. You know in between the vegetables and dairy products.
  14. Old man D, you have an interesting taste in music.

For Audio and Visual I would choose Sony 99% of the time, although I recenty purchased an LG 17" flat screen monitor for my pc. I don't think I would choose Sony for my computer needs, probably go for HP or Dell. For Kitchen appliances, oh, they don't do those yet. Intersting if they did though

Well over 20 if you include the wife's NW-A1000 and the aftermarket headphones I have purchased. Also the other two PS2's, one in each of the boys bedrooms.

The plasma works on gases apparently, correct me if I'm wrong? LCD is a Liquid Chrystal display. I think the plasma gives a better picture but apparently won't last as long as a CRT or LCD. My brother just picked up a 37" Panasonic Viera Plasma, he reckons plasma is better for sports and fast moving images.

Here we go, a 12 year old 29" Sony Trinitron; 12 year old Sony video recorder; Sony DVD player; 5 year old 14" Sony Trinitron. A brocken 27 year old Sony clock radio and a 7 year old Sony clock radio. A brocken PS1; A PS2. A 20 year old Sony cassette Walkman, a Sony minidisc recorder and 3 Sony mp3 players. That makes a grand total of 13, oh both my sons have a Sony mp3 player each and the wife has an A1000. The 29" trinitron is on it's last legs so maybe a large screen Bravia at some point
  19. Personally I prefer some reading material when sitting upon the throne
  20. First they gave us the bean and now the egg, what next the potato????
  21. No pause button and no EU volume limitation as on previous models.

  23. Hi and welcome to ATRAC Life Why don't you just buy a second hand HD1 off Ebay and swap the parts over?
  24. Indeed, I do like my old skool house & techno, and Carl Cox is one of my favourite DJ's. A master of three turn tables and apparently the only DJ to have played across three continents/time zones at midnight on New Years Eve 2000
