i am only trying to WARN yous; do as you wish. it's like Russioan roulette; only worse; in Russioan Roulette , if you lose; you die and have no concequences; with Sony Re-ferbishes; if you lose, you have to live with it the rest of your life. and yes; when i bought re-ferbished; the warrante was like 3 months; or something even worse than that (it's been a while. Sony re-ferbished store are a joke; they are like a three ring curcus; just stand next to a sales person trying to sell anything to a NON-Electronic person. they lie; they "Forget" to tell then the "Cons" of the question they are askng. they make me "sick" and remend me of a few "Cars" i have bought in my likretime that were cosmettically ferfect; that were "Lemons". i can't believe that any of yous would actually buy something because it's "Cosmetically" perfect; that's the last ting i would want. i KNOW yous are all smarter than that; yous are all pretty much electronic gurus; or Computer savy; and yous just sound knowledgeable all the time on this Board; so, why all of a sudden this relapse of saavy? Go ahead and play Russian Roulette; but don't forget that i warned you. if you DO buy from them; play this unit 24 hours a day for a few days to make sure it's all right; cause i am sure the warranty time is of the essance?? !! ?? !! ;; i mean "Time is not on your side";; hey baby hey baby hey; as Gwen says; NoDoubt this company is a Used Car Salesman in disguise!!!!

sorry guys;; i've bouhgt three re-ferbished MD Portables and none of them worked right; and by the time i realized that; the warranty time was over. just be careful; and watch the warranty time. i DID buy a deck from them that DID work, though; but it must have been a fluke thkng.

listening to "Downward Spiral" CD i stole in a sort of indirect way; but coolishly! i went to a yard sale and bought a Bag of empty cd jewel cases from a lady for $1. i found 3 CD's in the cases;; NIN-Halo eight was one;; of course i didn;t know it was NIN until i Googles for a half hour and concluded this CD was NIN;; then "Allmusic" for the track list.. so i nelt down; not to pray for forgiveness for stealing; but to play the CD in my A/V rackmound MXD-D3 CD/MD unit.. i held the rack mount steady with my left hand. and pushed "play' with my right hand; pushed the rackmount towrards my keyboards near the wall; then the sweakin rackmount cover came SLAMING down like a "Downward Spiral" into my knuckles; thus making them bleed. i am being punish for stealing and enjoying track 2 (Piggy).!

was wondering WHY ppl keep their old stuff (audio or video) ; even if it don't work toooo well. aside from cassette recorders; which you can enter; like what possesses (sp) us to hang on to these things. i guess for me (rayzray) other than my cassette stuff; so far it's my ARP Pro-soloist synth & My David Clark headset. very sentimental things to me!!!!

too bad you couldn't use your Blockbuster card to infiltrate the show. or; if you have an MD/Hi-MD; pose as a reporter; wear a Clark Kent hat; or a friend of Dick Clark's; or, Lewis & CLark expedition. lol j/k. i thought i saw a wet-proof headset on their sight; i'm not sure where; good for surfers surfing with an old MD in a Baggie bag. there must be a way you can get into the show. or atleast go to a coffee shoppe nearby and ask someone to get you some brochures from David Clark's booth.

listening to Music Choice station on Cable TV; yeah; just captured "Ms. New Booty" by Bubba Sparkxxx (digitally) and like mint condition. (been trying to capture that for days now; it's been elluding (sp) me. but like a true fisherman; i sucked that sucker up; now to do a Rayzray Re-mix of it! sorry about the "winter" rush; mabe a possible "Indian Summer?" do you have indian summers there/ or, is that just in the USA? ok, i tried to just copy a DVD as i do all the time; but, with the 16x disc; the PC said ("incompatable disc") the blank disc,, that is. i was using Roxio (one of the lastest ones). it works all the time with the 8x's discs. i burned a whole bunch of discs yesterday with them. ( i also have Nero too). i hate my computer almost as much as i hate lead poisoning by pueter?!!!! well it thymed. see, now it is working ok with the 8x blank disc in there; it's making the copy.now i'll have another extra copy of an infinate fireplace scene that loops over and over; also virtual azuarium (fishies).

seems like i tried that; but yous know i am not a computer whiz; maybe i should try it again. like all i have to do is set it to record onto the HD in 8x; is that what you are saying? and then from the HD to the 16x type disk in 8x's. i've got nothing to do so i will try it again; although i have nothing IN the PC now; i'll have to record something into it in order to try this. (i usually CLEAR the project out of the HD right after i finish). why is life so complicated; AND Computers? maybe i don't know waht 8 mode is , though.

i (rayzray) am totally PISSED at Best Buy; the are NOT best; they are average. i am TRYING to buy 50 Sony DVD-R's in a spindle; but i NEED (1x8x) and NOT (1X16x's). i had a raincheck thing going; they keep on calling me and giving me (1x16x). i tell them my pc WONT burn the 16's; only the 8's. soooo, they order more;; sent to the house; THEY ARE 16's; i am pissed. i already paid for these; now i have to go all the way up there to get my money back. what pisses me off even more is that they HAVE the Sony 8x's in spindles of 25 right there; but tell me the "COMPUTER" won't let them substitute them. i hate fweakin computers; expecially theirs! now; if i KNEW the reason my PC won't burn the 16x's; i could give a better debate;rant; maybe even a YELLING session; i am due for one. CC sells them on sale about once a month; and BB is agrivating me. i have a spindle if Sony 16x's here that are useless to me (except in my stand alone Panasonic DVD burners. but it will take me all year to burn 100 in them!!!! it's Friday and i should be Happy; but i am not; can anyone give me a simple reason i can tell them why i need 8's; and to STOP sending me 16x's when they ASSURE me that they WILL send me 8's. they lie!!!!!!

try to type it into Google one letter at a time; and don't use the link; make sure it's david clark (davidclark) and not dick clark (who is famous). actually they are only about 1/2 to 3/4 hours away from me; kinda near einolu too; but i thin i am closer. that is; if they are still in Worchester, Massachusettes. you can also try one of the links in google that sell the Brand also. but , i'm not an internet or pc expert; i may end up driving there to look them over befor you finally get a link to them on the internet. lol.

all my bling blings get all the lovin; my wife get's jealous; lol. it's funny how i can't even take the adhesive off; it's like permanent glue. i work/play under the assumption that NOTHING get's un-plugged or re-plugged. i buy at least two of everything (not same brand tho). then everything stays attached and workable at all times. for that headset to become lost as it did amoungst my belongings; one of these things must have happened: 1..one broke; so i got two to replace it; then the odd one gets canned in a "Limbo" box; somewheres between heaven and the dump.! 2.. i didnt' like it anymore and sort of let it "run away"; into oblivion and forgot about it. 3.. each time i got devorced; my "X" (X's) and my daughters shuffle all my stuff and relocate me; either in another place/building/apt; or off to a spare bedroom; and keep a distance from my "X" so,, they put my "Stuff" in boxes and just pile them; not to be seen anymore; unless a box falls and empties in front of me. 4.. my "X"'s decide to confenscate/borrow/steal (sp) them and return them years later; in box form with a lot of my pictures and friends pics. i have been known to find great stuff on the botton of incomtax form and receipt boxes. if it looks like a "Rabbit"; check again; it could be a 30 year old headset! ps: i forgot the question i was answering; so sort it out; read between the lines; and ask again another time.! late edit]] oh yeas; please copy my pics of this headset; and when you go to that show out min-west; show it to them; and try to get a Model no; i would appreciate that. thanks.

you got me there. i bought those soooo long ago (probably in the 70's); that i have no idea where; probably when i was playing keyboards in a Steak House in Burlington, Vermont. i remember using them a lot; especially tweaking my synths late at night. i didn't "Listen" to music back then; i just learned how to play the songs and sing them. Synths and keyboards were my "life". making ppl Drunk and happy was my nitch; the clubs loved me; i even got a LOT of ppl married; even a nun and priest; but, then what were they doing in a dark club every Wednesday night anyhows?

yes; i searched Google; but not a lot. all i got was air-craft phones and such. Jacques: your bomb cartoon is close i guess; these phones really don't sound great with music. something's missing. like the lows and a little of the highs. i will take a pic of it right now; IF i can stay awake; lol. *be back to add pic* late edit]]]] gee they sound better now, since i took off all the duct tape over the sound holes and the socks i had over that; lol; and; i used a better CD too, the treble is back; and the bass is at about 100Hz (i would say). *i'm not getting a tingle from these phones; except that they are sooooo sweakin old. a sure collector's item* *stay tuned for pic*

i really pissed today; i am watching $3000 going down the "Drain"; how many bling blings can i buy with that money!!!! they are replacing my sewer line (the drain) lol. i made a comment that they remind me of "The Blue Man Group" cause the PVC was blue; and they just looked at me with confused eyes/expressions. they have to be i-poders that listen to normal music; one looks like a wrestler. did i say anything wrokg; i'm pissed that i NEVER have anyone to talk to about "GOOD MUSIC"!

Beastie Boys: a DVD i made from a TV (M2) special. i LOVE the DJ's scratching; even the BIG "Mistake" he makes at the beginning of one of the songs; seems he had the "Pitch" wrong. lol. "i got da skillzz to pay da billzz"! late edit]] soooo, i am practicing for tonight's DVD project; and i am pointing the camcorder on the "Edited Monitor" and i see the infinate images;; that is i have about a hundred Beastie boys ; each slightly smaller ; fading into infinity; it's sooooo sweaking cool ; i am so sweaking cool; i love myself; *kissing the mirror".!

i'm pissed off that my wife said she would throw it away; but as she saw me moaning over my missing the Marmite; she admitted in hiding it in the back of the refreg. i am pissed that she was so cruel to me. the date says 11/04 ?! what should i do; is it safe; i am pissed that i missed over a year of bliss;licking the Marmite spoon; (the stuff is like glue). i put it next to my bottle of A&W RootBeer awaiting an answer from Down Under or Far East; or wherever in the UK the experts lie/lye/lay/rest! the jar look almost new; clue; no residue; i guess my wife kept it washed, anew; probably she was pissed that it would cling to anything it touched!

since i am always in charge of hiding the fweakin eggs every year; and i'll have 11 of my 13 grandkids here; i have decided that i want to make a "deal or No Deal" Easter Egg Deal/Hunt. i will play the TV game ; and instead of their stupid briefcases; i will use plastic eggs. so, we play the game as is; i will UP the money in the eggs from quarters. half dollars; dollars ; 5 bucks ; 10 and 20 bucks. i wll know what's in each egg;; then we make deals; i will call an imaginary character on a "Toy" phone; (or maybe a cell phone to throw them off); then play. but, i don't watch the stupid program; i need the rules; i really don't want to hide them in my 100 by 100 foot yard. i hope it snows like last year; or was it the year before!! yeah; last year i was in the "Dog House". my wife said to hide them GOOD this time; and pick different places; sooooo; i put them in a box and hid them in my wife's trunk of her car (all together). after 20 minutes of running around the yard; my grandchildren AND the adults "Gave Up". they were pissed. i played "hot & Cold" game till they got near the car; the game was over! i am on a trial run this year; and think i can gain their confidence back by playing "Deal or No Deal Egg Hunt". soo give me rules please. yes, i found out. i tried; i cried; and i ride the waves of tears. now i'm pissed at my A/V Project; how many monitors am i gonna need!!!! my field version is set up in my wife's den; everything is working great; but; when i try to re-play the scene; i get NOTHING, *NOT ANOTHER SWEAKIN MONITOR*! yous guys would be proud of me; i even impressed my piano student's boyfriend who is an engineer. he said i "Out-Do) anyone he has seen in college. i am pissed that i quit college after 3 years; i thought i knew it all; gee; i did! late edit]] OK! problem solved (temporarily). donno!! my mother used to give me beef broth when i was sick a long time ago; and i used to survive. it wasn't bad tasting; but if she would have given me Marmite; i may have NOT survived; that's for sure. lol when i did try it a year or two ago; it was an experience not to be forgotten. i was just worried of the side EFX that it would give me since i am diabetic. what pisses me off though is why can't i find MY jar of Marmite in the fridge; Has my wife thrown it away?! should i confront her ; or; leave it alone!
