most "non-Believers" ask me (razyray):: "What kind of I-Pod is that;; (or MP3 player)" when they see my bulky (RM-MC40ELK) remote;; cause i have it dangling somewhere on me and my Hi-MD900 unit is hidden in my fanny pack.. i usually make up a story of how this NEW revolutinary bling bling is taking over the world;; and i leave the ppl;; speachless in Seattle..!!

thank you for that explanation;; i understood 99% of it;; and we all KNOW i (rayzray) am certainly a 99% ANALOGUE guy;; it's nice to know me and my speakers have that extra headroom to play with and hear;; like the "sizzles" of the cymbols or the ssuuhh of the "S" word.. that's why i love what i listen to;; even though i drastically change and edit it all the time..

i can almost understand that;; so;; a pair of buds with a freq response of 20-20,000 would not hear a tone at let's say 21,000;; but,, my buds at 5 to 24,000 COULD hear that 21,000 tone;; right;; but at a sample rate of 44.1kHz??

what if you speakers etc that you are taking the test on only goes to that frequency (like cheap computer speakers);; then;; you wouldn't hear it also.. don't you NEED all the right gear??

listening to The Concert for Diana from da UK;; so far it's GREAT;;

i need a controler in each room that can control at least 4 DVD players/recorders seperately;; i hate it when i press pause and they ALL pause!!!!

soooo,, does this mean you are admitting i (rayzray) wins?? that the headphones and ear buds "Breathe" better and you "Feel" the music better;; i KNOW i was right!!!! it's like medicine;; over the counter medicine is the same as prescription meds;; but,, precsription meds just have the EXTRA "Boom";; just like the extra frequencies .. like some "Cars go Boom and Voom" better than others;; they are ALL "Cars" but some just have the better "Feel" and "Sizzle" & Headroom.. you certainly KNOW your stuff;; i admire you;; you seem to "Remember" things i have "Forgotten" in my long life.. i probably have studied a lot of this "Stuff' in my lifetime;; but just "Forgot it" for the lack of NEED for it.. i DID study speaker enclosures at one time;; then i just gave up building them.. it was easier on my ulser to just BUY them.. i (rayzray) DO love to "Feel" my speakers as much as need the "Life" and "Sizzle" they must produce to please me.. it the "Ears" that finally decide which speakers to buy;; isn't it?? i being a "Superior" being than most ppl just need superior headphones and buds as other beings do..???? that is;; phones being 5-24,000.. i suspect most of us HERE at MDCF ARE superior beings than other;; concidering the fact that only superior beings OWN MD units.. so we all should go for the "Feel" and "Headroom".. they say god created everyone "Equal";; well i don't buy it;; they are NOT equal;; as an ear bud with 20-20,000 is not equal to an EB with 5-24,000 frequencies;; thanks for "Making my Day";; and of course,, YOU "Win" too;; and u are definately a "Superior Being also;; maybe even a tiny bit superior than I (rayzray) *as i kiss da morror*..!!

you will NEVER convince me;; first of all;; when i DJ,, i can tell the difference between my MD's and the CD's and i blame it on the (20-20,000);; *i must have dogg ears;; stand aside Snoop Dogg*.. second;; my Pana and sony ear buds say they have frequency respose of (5 to 23,000);; and they SOUND greater than all the others i have.. my headsets all have about 10 - 23,000 or 24,000 FQ res..;; and i CAN tell the differense.. just call me "Daugg" woof-woof;; why sell them with those specs IF they are not there and are not audable..??!! it's like da sugar pill;; i know it's there and it makes me feel good;; make me hear good; and makes my head good.. soooo,, why do they sell (5-24,000) resp ear budds?? late edit]] maybe you can FEEL the 5 Hz as rhumbles;; and the 23,000 & 24000 as buzzes;; ;; it really DOES sound bettah..!! it also makes eating pears a lot easier..

Prince "N.E.W.S." cd completely remixed by me (rayzray);; kinda just instrumental extended songs;; and re-ryhthmed.. dont know why i showed pic;; it's not even close to the same music after i remixed it..!! actually remixed it for a guy i met on a Rock forum in Massachussetttess;; and that's what i am listening to in my Hi-MD#1..

i had looked at a Zoom once and didn't like the frequency response;; (20-20,000);; like is this new model gonna have the same response..?? some ppl say it doesn't matter;; but to me;; it does;; does it to u??

if we have 57,000 members and half gave up MD'zz;; there would be 28,500 units at least out there for sale;; that would keep us MD lovers going for another 5 to 6 years!! that's how i see it!!

Trying to add a Headphone/earbud monitor to my wife's main TV ;; soooo;; we can have "Quality Time" together (as she says).. now,, she can WATCH and LISTEN to her crap TV programs;; and i (rayzray) can WATCH her crap TV and LISTEN to my Hi-MD#1 (900) unit.. it's a win win situation;; 50-50;; and the "Boss" gets it DONE again..!! and that's what i am "Listening" to at the moment..

but,, i (rayzray) hardly ever search just for one song;; i search mostly for an album;; like ping pong to an album and listen to the whole thing.. (usually one of my re-mixed albums of course).. to pick an album on that RM-MC40ELK,, without seeing the three lines;; i have to do the wheel scrolling (IN DA DARK);; like playing Russian Roulette;; hit & miss;; "see Dick Run-See Jane Run";; Spot has a better change to find an album than me (rayzray).. with the stock remote next to my bed;; i just use the album up and down;; round and round;; find the sound;; it's no frown..
