  1. I'm looking for a computer printed MD label solution. Should I... Use A Microsoft Word or similar template and print on a)sticker sheet or b)plain paper (tape or glue or something else)? Use a special program? Use a precut label sheet? Any info you might be able to provide would be quite helpful, thanks!
  2. Maybe, I'm incorrect but I think what you are talking about is not a cable, but a in-line remote that allows you to view the track name (and other data) as well as perform menu operations. You can probably try it on your Zen without any consequences, though I can't say for sure because I don't own a Zen. But, since all the remote does is send a signal, I feel confident in saying it can't hurt the Zen. What you'll probably find when you try it out is that it doesn't do anything. Sony remotes have only been known to work with Sony products.
  3. Lowest Price is probably still eBay. The lowest non eBay place I can find is digitalfotoclub.com at 215 before shipping. Is yours outside warranty?
  4. Sean Penn: Good Actor, but political Hack!
  5. That's not a mini system, its a minicomputer! That's also freaking awesome...too bad we'll never see it...or if we did it would minus MD...I wonder if you can you record data on the HD to MD or only CD to MD (if at all)? And give me more than 40 gigs...how long til some one opens one up and drops a fat HD.
  6. Hasn't the forum user, bland10000, who is in Japan, sold Japanese MDs to people?
  7. The problem with Minidisco is that their prices have never been competative...
  8. This is an ebay auction: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...item=5843122125 For sale are 2 lots of 5 Blank HI-MDs Each for $25 shipped US Priority Mail. That's $5 per disc. Whoever buys first, gets the first lot of 5 sealed discs. If you buy both lots I will give you a 2 dollar discount so it becomes $48 shipped for 10 discs. That's 4.80 a disc. Unheard of for Hi-MD! Now Whoever buys this lot gets 4 sealed discs + 1 opened disc. Still just as good as anyone who knows MD knows the discs are re-writable. If interested, see my auction: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...item=5843122125

  14. I like the blue LED....reminds me of the case mods people do to their computers and stuff.
  15. It is generally colder here in the South East as well...we're not used to 20-40 degree weather, at least not this early and not this constantly. At this point in time its anywhere from 10-15 degrees below the average!
  16. Seems like most people are interested in picking what style of music they get on the disc sent to them. Maybe I'm completely off here, but isn't part of the spirit of this exchange to be introduced to some new tastes? Maybe not, but I know I'm looking forward to hearing something I haven't heard before.
  17. There's usually one or two auctions for the data discs on ebay...and I think minidisco carries them. Crazy thing is they usually cost more than 10 dollars a piece!
  18. Wahaha...this isn't my auction, but I just wanted to share because its so funny! http://cgi.ebay.com/COOL-KIDS-MINI-DISC-PL...itemZ6021381080 Who knew?
