Listening to an oldy but goody, Spirit's The Family that Play's Together,

good memories, and just read my son's posting on Facebook about a video of Laurie Anderson's " O Superman", and telling a poster that thought it was weird, and saying when he grew up in that house that this type of music was all that played, he thought it was "normal" music. then he describes my record collection to her, felt all warm and fuzzy inside!

WOW!!!! that has got to be one of my favorite all time CD's - i love that one - and have it in my Zunes - and bought one or two others by him -

VERY relaxing and interesting - and of course - VERY "New-Age" - which i had bought a LOT of New Age at one point in my life and still venture into it for relaxation - (and - just to enjoy real music) as music was intended to be -

Well it isnt exactly "New Age " it is Instrumental though , and it is extremely Good

And the fact that it is one of your Favs............ Re elevates you , back to the "Perfect Man " B)

I willingly surrender !

yes - thanks - Guitarfxr - for the reminder that i CAN be "Perfect" sometimes -

*as i listen to THe Killers new CD that i (rayzray) "Downloaded" from the Zune Marketplace with a Zune Card - -

and i also bought some great Electronica music from some unknowns - that i find VERY interesting - i love my Zunes (80G & 8G) -

footnote #1 - i made a TEST between the WMP and the Zune player on my Laptop and the Zune won "head over Heels" * like - who is the punk band that sings "heels over Head" that i have from YouTube ??

Christopher Williams The Silence In Between. Ripped with cdparanoia and imported into SS. I'm new to playing music on MD this month and loving it (PCM on NH900). I've used MD unites for language learning and lectures for 10 years, but never music. Music on the MD with good headphones sounds awesome.

watching and listening to Rick Wakeman " Made in Havana"

Made a couple of years ago to make money for a children's hospital in Havana,

heard about it the evening of the concert, a couple of days earlier and I would have been there.

Great concert, CD of the show is very good as well.

Rick toned down his touring because of the small mindedness of some "fans" who made life difficult for him because of where he played. dumbasses all of them, pick it up if you can

being that i played piano -organ - synthesizers all my life for a living - i was always interested in Rick Wakeman - an tried to buy everything i could find of this -

usually him as a soloist more than in the band -

but - there was something i didn't like about him and never could pin point it - other than the fact he did play better than me -

i am listening to David Cook sing an acoustic version of Light On on YouTuvbe - my student asked me to put it on CD - but have to make an MD version first -
