Richard
Great acquisition Bland. The red DH10P is absolutely superb. A unique version of an already unique unit. I have seen a couple of these on Yahoo Japan auctions, but not living in Japan these are quite hard to get hold of.

I have seen a couple of these on Yahoo Japan auctions, but not living in Japan these are quite hard to get hold of.I never had considered the unit before but it was the opportunity to get the red version that prompted me to bite. It has certainly been fun to play with for the day; all the maids at my favorite cafe were asking me to take their pictures.Gonna have to get a backup cell or two and probably an extra USB cable as this one is proprietary.how's your webstore beta comming bland?I'm ready to put it up but I can't decide upon a name. I've narrowed it down to Japan-gadgets or Japan-electronics but can't decide which is better; perhaps it doesn't matter. Japan-gadgets is close to the name of my blog but I don't know if the retail side should be that close or have the appearance of being totally separate. Opinions welcome... My black one came with one long / 1 short. The same cable is also used on the NH1 / NH3D but you don't have those - do you?

I never opend the cable bag 'til now, I just noticed the plug-in on the cradle and unit. This is also the same cable that is with the n10. The units you listed above along with the n10 are all Li-ion units...not that it matters but something I noticed.

Tiesto
it would be nice to have a red DH10P to match my HD5 Anyway, I will end up building a SILVER ARMADA I'm ready to put it up but I can't decide upon a name. bogon07
Bland10000,Nice pictures of the red DH10P. Sort of a metallic cherry red. Hopefully you'll "inspire" TBR to expand his collection Japan-gadgets sounds more interesting than Japan-electronics.Take it easy Stuge you're not the only one with one cable. That's what we don't get for not getting the Japanese model.I wish Sony would stick to one type of USB cable. My desktop has 6 USB ports and three of them have Sony cables; this DH10P type, the standard minidisc type and the NWA1000 type.
