macaddict77
Hello, I have a big problem with my minidisc Deck Sony MDS JA333es. An important part of the drawer mechanism is broken. I am therefore looking for a charitable soul who could provide me with an identical room to restore my beautiful 333es. Sony Reference: X-4949-790-1 Name: Lever (Lock) Assy According to the different service manual that I consulted, we find this piece in the MDS JA20es & 555es See Pictures Thank you very much:)
Hmmm Music Lover
You can buy a non-working/untested MD player from eBay. That's what I would do.
Sargaso
You might try to epoxy that lever back together.
kris01
It is not too complicated to do this part on your own as I did? But first try to use glue and add some reinforcements on sides. It helped on my JA333ES. After using glue give it some time to rest.

macaddict77
I’m french. the other solution would be to make a replica with 3D printing! thank you all for your help anyway.
macaddict77
Here are the 2d cut plans made by my father, retired industrial designer. It lacks 3D modeling but it is already a good basis for remaking in 3D printing either plastic or metal. I'm waiting for a generous piece generously offered by Sphig and if it does not work (but I doubt it) I would then ask for a quote for the manufacture of this piece with the modern means

kris01
I printed it in 3D. Looks promising. It was printed using PETG filament. It works but a little bit too tight. I should do some changes to 3D solid.
