I managed to run this app on MZ-RH1 (Windows 10 PRO 64 ), but no luck with Sony MZ-N910 or AIWA AND-1, it detects both units and even records on MZ-N910 but when I remove the disc it is blank. Anyway great job Stefano!!!.

I am still not 100% sure that it was PCLK problem. I think Windows 10 is missing around.

It wasn't any pain, but I am not 100% sure it was the problem. Maybe it is only a Windows 10 64 Pro. I have problem with printers since update.

I tried one more time and it works now. I removed all usb devices and turn off signature. I had connected MDS-PC3 via PCLK for virtual XP maybe it was some kind of problem. Thank you Sfbp.

I also tried registry cleaner but with no luck. I will try to install driver one more time.

I've found plenty of oem.inf files in this directory but none of them was NetMD.

Thx for your support SFBP. First - I didn't find any oem.inf Second - system finds NetMd unit with yellow triangle. Third - can't install driver. In the system register there are traces of NetMD but I can't delete them.

Using Network - USB I can only play music from PC. No line-in. Recording is possible only from CD or transfer from Sonic Stage. I was able to use MZ-RH1 and SS4.3 but can't use it with Aiwa. https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1229276/Aiwa-Adn-1.html

It plays via usb but no chance using SonicStage. It has option Network - NetMD or Network - USB.

Found only this. Device USB\VID_054C&PID_0101\6&142ea561&0&2 was not migrated due to partial or ambiguous match. Same numbers VID and PID are for for LAM-10 in NETMD760.

I didn't find it. Sony had similar unit LAM-Z10 but also no service manual available. Second problem driver for windows 10 64 bit where to get.

Anyone has service manual? I recently bought this lovely unit and have problem with sliding front ( seller didn't pack it well!!!)

On my computer it works. Try to turn on/off admin rights.

After last cleaning 8 days gone and it is still working, cleaning makes wonder . Question is why put grease if Sony doesn't mention about it in service manual? While recovering first unit (changing parts from one to the other) I damaged laser and flexible connector PC Board in second one. So I put the "bad" laser which was replaced 2 years ago and it works without any problem. A serviceman was so confident he knew what to do but I am 100% sure that it was unnnecessary to change it , only cleaning would do the job. I won't go there to ask for laser adjustment, maybe I don't need it if it is an old laser form the same machine and works. What do you think?

I made mistake should be 33 mm 1,2 x 1,2 mm.

My last efforts with grease didn't help it stopped working again. Yesterday I disassembled loading unit. Checked all gears around laser. All looked like new, no signs of worn, cleaned all grease. Put it back and it works (no parts left ). Question for how long. The only difference I noticed is that now it works much more quiet. maybe engine for disc rotating is weak - M101 A-4672-475-A MOTOR ASSY, SPINDLE - Mabuchi 11H WU5 in second MDS-JA333ES was Mabuchi 11H US4 maybe engine for laser moving is also weak - M102 A-4672-474-A MOTOR ASSY, SLED - Mabuchi RF-300C-11440

Didn't know what I could do to repair it so I put some Silicon+PTFE grease on main shaft (laser travells along it) and on gears which move laser. Now it works just wonder for how long. I noticed in service mode if you do traverse check (EF MO CHECK) you could move laser using arrow buttons (below digital rec control.)

I like to have manual if available.

I had the same error. Uninstalled, cleaned registry and installed again.

AMS knobs mostly die as a result of mechanical damge. I had same problem with my CDP-XA555ES during transport.
