  1. Or you could tick the "Tracks In Compilation" field in the properties of each track and move them all to the same album ticking "Compilation Album"' in the album properties too.

    Mz Nh1 Crash

On the NH1? The NH1 eject button is pretty much impossible to move by accident.
  4. Looking at that doc, it looks pretty much ok to me as the CD Track #'s are in sequence. Can you maybe close down the transfer window so we can see the complete view in My Library. What I would try (making sure you don't have auto transfer settings on) is to delete the 2 albums off the player, go up 1 level in My Library and transfer the one album again to see how it comes out. I'm assuming here that you edited the CD Track # values after you originally transferred the album?
  5. Not to worry. Here you go. I don't recall if the CD Track column is displayed by default or not. In the screenshot below is an example of an album I did. Previously it was 2 cd's CD 1 was 1-6 and CD 2 was 1-7. I edited the second "cd" to have tracks 7-13. If you don't see the CD Track column right click on one of the black column headers and tick it. Once you can view it you can edit the numbers in here as you did with the composer.
  6. I think what you may need to do is this. Go into the now single album in My Library. You will see there is a column called "CD track #". Even though they are grouped as one album in SS if you imported two 12-track cds you will see the numbering in this column go from 1-12 and 1-12 again. Just edit the cd track no's for the second disc to go from 13-24 for example (so that you have one continuous sequential order).

  8. I would try right-clicking on the MD Simple Burner icon in the system tray then choosing CDDB => Windows Configuration. Fill in a windows accoutn and password for the service. If that has already been done, choose CDDB => Registration and re-register the service.
  9. Happy Birthday Adrian! - Hope you have a fantastic birthday mate!
  10. Probably your best bet is to user File => Scan Folder and add your music folder as a marked folder in the dialog box. This way and time you add new files to that location you only need to File Import => Scan Folder again to gave the application look for new files that are not already in the library. Alternatively use Ctrl-O to open files and select multiple files.
  11. I would try uninstalling and re-installing as per the Faq here: http://forums.minidisc.org/index.php?showtopic=8071
  12. Glad to help - what you can also do is once you are in the composer field in the import window hit ctrl-c to copy the composer go down with the cursor and press ctrl-v to paste into the composer field in all other tracks. Furthermore to apply the same composer to all multiple tracks once they are in the library just select the multiple tracks in an album press "alt-enter" or right-click => properties, fill in the composer field and it will be applied to all selected tracks.
  13. As regards changing the composer, it can be changed on the CD import window - -just click the composer field once then once again to edit (not quite a double-click, but more like 2 single clicks in succession) - you can then use the down arrow to move down through the other tracks. You can also click the CD info button a second time and let CDDB find the info again and this time it will pop up a dialog box containing all the info it has found. Put a tick in Edit and you can edit this info ie. composer and then when you hit ok it is applied to all tracks. As regards the album art you can also add this manually to tracks and albums.

  16. Maybe you shouldn't be installing Sonic Stage in a business environment. Bear in mind Sonic Stage is a piece of software designed to be used primarily by home users not for people in a corporate environment on machines that need to be locked down. Personally, I think you are just using this "scenario" as an excuse for another misinformed anti-Sony rant. Seriously as a network admin you told a bunch of your users to change their portable music players? I'm assuming either they are complete sheep, or that they told you to mind your own business. "I declare this to everybody in my environment" - come on, don't be so pompous.
  17. Just right click and go into the properties of the first group of Saafi Brothers tracks and change the album title to match the other one and the same album title will be applied to all 5 tracks at the same time and "moved" into the correct album. To move the source files see the earlier post from Borat.
  18. Bass must be quite overwhelming with this - Clear Bass and regular Bass at +3 lol
  19. I believe the lyrics for tracks are only viewable on the Vaio pocket.

  23. If I recall correct it was on 31st May in the UK (Reading Sony Centre to be precise) that I bought the case. I saw the same case on sale at the airport in Amsterdam last week. Hope that helps.
  24. For any other Dutch readers inquiring after the hard-case, I saw this on sale at Schiphol along with all the other accessories last week so hopefully they will filter through to other stores soon. I also saw some 3rd party cases on sale in the UK, but they were only leather or silicone.
