  1. Did you try analyzing the recordings in Audacity?
  2. For those of you who may not understand: It appears this gentleman is interested in selling a N707 and a R909. Please inquire with him for further details. avishay, I would recommend you suggest a price you'd sell the units for?
  3. Hello, and welcome to the forums. I'm going to lock this thread because this has been discussed greatly and I recommend you try searching in the future. Simple searches brought forth these threads: http://forums.minidisc.org/viewtopic.php?t=5764 http://forums.minidisc.org/viewtopic.php?p...ighlight=#27977 http://forums.minidisc.org/viewtopic.php?p...ighlight=#27101 ..and more. Try searching.

    Dilema

The 3-line remote? If your NH600 has a remote port, then yes.
  5. Welcome. You need to reinstall the Jet Database, I believe. Please search the forums for more information on this..
  6. Welcome to the forums lad. If I'm not mistaken, any of these will do: http://froogle.google.com/froogle?q=usb+Mi...=Search&as_qdr=
  7. The NH1 or NH900 is perfectly fine with that budget. Which one do you prefer? I can scout for the best price and get back to you.
  8. Please post your results here when you do such, it'd be quite appreciated. Probably even noteworthy for front page news.
  9. *tumbleweed passes by* :rasp:
  10. Some people like it, some don't. It's all in the eye of the beholder, I suppose..but I will note the fanfare revolving around the HD digital amp is not parallel to the digital amp found within Sharp units, it seems. What region are you referring to, btw? There's different models of the NH900 [with some minor and major differences between each]; world, US, Euro, and Japanese. All are available from e-tailers with differing prices.
  11. Like I said at the T-Board, you should go with the DR77. I would honestly purchase a Hi-MD unit if I were you. What's your intended use for the Minidisc format? If it's just music playback and you were intent on MD, Hi-MD is a no-brainer. If you do end up buying the DR77, please inform me so I can generate a custom link to Audiocubes [the only e-tailer that will be able to get the unit to you] that will give us affiliation $'s with no extra charge for you.
  12. Somewhat. Just don't use profanity and try not to be too explicit.
  13. Welcome to the forums. Sounds like your just using a regular Minidisc, and not a Hi-MD disc. Does the disc your using look like this:
  14. Even though I have no experience at all with Hi-SP I still find that hard to believe. How long do you think it will take ATRAC3+ to mature in this sense?
  15. I've tried begging him. It's fruitless.
  16. The only thing I've found related to this is a description of a similar-generation deck: http://minidisc.org/part_Sony_MDS-JE500+S37.html Sorry I can't help you, I have little experience with decks. Maybe someone can lend you a hand..sounds like a serious problem, though.
  17. I'll contribute eventually. :rasp: Easy on me today, it's been a little turbulent with the misses.
  18. Hi, These threads are usually customary at such forums, so I'm starting one. Please post a picture of your portable/home/etc MD equipments and any other audio equipments if you feel the need. I look forward to your contributions. Everything I have is in my sig. I do have Beyer DT770's + a mixer; I shall take pictures of them soon.
  19. Welcome. This is not a very common unit! I'm not sure if it'll work for your unit, but have you tried Sonicstage 2?
  20. Welcome..have you tried a different disc?
  21. How about this? http://audacity.sourceforge.net/about.php
  22. Welcome to the forums. Is the unit plugged into an outlet?
  23. Welcome. Any of these will do, I imagine. http://froogle.google.com/froogle?q=toslin...F-8&sa=N&tab=wf What you need is a Toslink [stereo] to Miniplug [MD] connector. You must make sure that the digital out on the stereo is a Toslink connector! If it isn't, you need a miniplug to miniplug connector. Most stereos are Toslink > Miniplug, however..
