i would say rh10 or nh900 oleds are almost impossible to see in sunlight

has the bass become more prominent after burn-in?

i love e888s... gonna get around to getting a set of porta-pros sometime

e888s are also fragile and not bassy if thats what you're looking for

i guess how much one spends really boils down to how much the budget allows

for the price, the dh10 really just doesnt justify itself

also, the 40elk takes a bit of time getting used to, its a bit awkward at first if you're accustomed to the other designs, as its obviously a lot bigger

go for the minidisc australia buy then... hopefully, sony won't leave the md format, as they have spent so much money of the years that it would be simply a waste to just discontinue it completely but if they do, hopefully someone else will pick it up, and hi-md as well

i agree with greg, because very, very few units regardless of price can match the size of the n10, so you might want to check out a low end and then buy a eh1 or such player
