i agree, its a wonder to me why everyone is having all these troubles with the ex71 whilst having two pairs in the past four years, nothing has ever occurred to either that i didnt inflict on it myself i.e. the left channel never died out and the cord never broke

just one thing i need to say. today, my friend asked me which ipod to get. her old ipod, less than even a year old is bugging out already. in fact, it was dying after about 3 months. the internal lithiums in the ipods are the biggest problem in its design. get a md

i was considering a shuffle before i got my new network walkman. the ultimate fault in the shuffle's design isnt the size, but i feel that its too light, meaning it has virtually no substance. i would worry about where it is if i cant feel it in say a pocket. second, it has no screen. sometimes, we think that we dont need the displays but in the end, the display still has its place in portable audio

i have to agree with lamewing, i prefer the styling of say, my nh1 over the rh10 and the rest of the 2nd gen. hi-md units
