  9. gee;; u know the words;; i thought the Frog forgot his words and was making that up.. i was thinking of making an "Adult" version and "Dub-in" some OTHER words.. or,, as i DID with Happy Feet;; i put my Students' favorite songs in the movie and took out the original movie songs.. that sweaking Penguin was just annoying me.. it's just FUN to have the "Power" to copy a Movie and CHANGE words and phrases and like,, "FOOL with Nature".. it's EASY to do it with my vast MD sound EFX collection.. today is MY BIG day of the year;; i get to run the Easter Egg Hunt for the 14 Grandchildren;; and DO my "Deal-or-NO-Deal bit with it.. i even have some deal or no deal music on my Living room Yamaha MD Deck for some "Realness".. and that annoying telephone ring too;; i think i will use the tele-ring off my Casio Elec Piano.. so much to do and to listen to at the last minute.. AND,, to have a different DVD playing on each of my 8 TV's at the same time.. my wife won't let me put up my Christmas "Talking-Tree" that i replace the original Christmas story rant CASSETTE with a Rodney Dangerfield "R" rated comedy tape.. YES.. when ppl listen to MY Rodney-Tree with an MD-Deck hooked up to it's "Line-In" they "Take Notice" of me right away..
  10. trying to get the audio onto my Hi-MD via Roxio
  11. bicycle race - Queen;; i am just playing that song over and over;; i just love it;; i haven't rode a bicycle in 30 years;; maybe 40.. do they re-charge wirelessly yet??
  12. IN ABOUT A WEEK AND A HALF,, I'M GOING TO fLORIDA AND MY sON-iN-lAW WORKS FOR aPPLE/i-pOD;; AND REPAIRS THEM TOO (OH,, SORRY ABOUT THE CAPS;; i'll get to the bottom of this;; i didn't feel like re-typing this;; it's not that important to me.
  13. "Hump De Bump" by:: Red Hot Chili Peppers;; on MTV2 in stereo;; oh,, while i capture it digitally on my Sony MD-Deck.. what Funk from non-Funkers;; Uncle Bunk would tink this was dysfunctional..
  14. well,, you don't have to do that ;; i HATE downloading;; i hate my PC's;; and it sounds too complicated.. i rather DO "Hard-to-touch" stuff;; stuff i can "pick up";; stuff i can throw away or keep.. i even like to "Hammer" some stuff;; like how far is Japan from here;; why didn't the "Around the World in 80 Minutes" MD ever make it back from Japan??
  15. too many VCR tapes;; too much "info";; but ,, very tempting.. i know what would happen;; your friends would sell my "personality on stage" to a TV company and "Make a Killing" over my Rants and just "Ball Raising" tacticks.. (sp).. i already bought a few thousand dollars of gear (including MD-Decks) to do this;; i just end up doing everything for everyone else.. the difference between yours and the Board members' world and mine is;; i do every thin "half-A**ed" and great;; any yous do everything "the right way".. yous win;; but,, i an the happiest.. ps;; i still am contemplating your request for those batteries for Stevie Ray;; like it's not the money;; it's the pressure and anxiety and responsibility !!
  16. i never needed "Beer" or ANYTHING else to do great solos ;; all i needed was a crowd and to go into my "hypnotic trances".. fortunately;; after my father dies;; i found a LOT of VCR tapes that he recorded me while i was IN these hypnotic trances;; and after viewing them;; i couldn't believe i could actually "Play" like that.. now,, to get these on CD's and DVD's with "YOUR" technology;; and not mine;; would be a great thing.. i just have to time;; so the VCR tapes get older and brittler.. Question;; how many years would have to go by for these tapes to be useless to make decent DVD's/CD's (your way).. ps;; wives have to be trained;; just like they "Think" they are training us;; it's like a "Double-Agent" type of thing..
  17. i like this thread even tho i responded wrongly and deleted it;; yes;; i didn't do my homework;; i didn't READ the "link" provided on the first post.. but,, then;; i don't DO links;; it was up to yous to put the facts on the line.. won't those links eventually get lost;; and then the archives would be useless.. anyways;; good reading.. yes;; i'm no pro,, but i've been around;; i prefer doing things half-a**es and being happy than doing things right and having "resposibility" and PRESSURE.. so,, to get OT:: so,, i was going to the bathroom today and the doorbell rang;; it was the Cable repair guy (not THe Cable Guy) from the movie.. he fixed what was wrong;; (i dudda done it,, but it's their job).. so he spots my Pianos/keyboards/synths;; and asks "are u a musician"?? then i show him my Studio and he get's EXCITED;; he wanted to know if i could record him and put it on CD.. then,, i remembered "This Thread" and realized that he was better off in a REAL recording studio;; and i quoted stuff off this thread from yous guys.. so,, he will continue to finish his CD in that recording studio;; but he asked me to "Play the keyboards/Piano" on his songs!!!! i will do it for free;; i concidered that a compliment;; (he was impressed with my playing) i was playing Jimmy Smith stuff and "misty" swing style.. so,, moral of the story;; yous guys are right;; i don't belong here..
  18. ok,, so i have 4 hours of great music on a DVD-R (by chapters);; and put it in a portable DVD player in my van;; transmit the signal to the radio;; i now have 4 hours of great music in my van.. oh,, then i change the disc;; oh,, there's 6 hours on that one.. and,, it SAVES the wear and tear on my Hi-MD by not using it in the Van.. late edit]] ok,, so my wife says::"why does it take 4 hours for you to go get a gallon of milk??" my Van is a "Party on Wheels"..
  19. ok,, i'm pi**ed;; i am listening to what i recorded (digitally) last night on my MD-Deck;; off the STEREO Music stations on Cable.. ((((IT"S ALL MONO!!!!)))).. so,, i go back a couple of days and they are ALL MONO.. wtf.. i calls the Cable company and they said to me.. "Well,, sir'' are you sure those songs are supposed to be in stereo;; and not supposed to be mono"??"" that pi**es me off;; here we go.. listening to my "Studio" cable digital box;; i think it's intermittant;; but my living room one is definately MONO.. we set up an appointment for tomorrow;; Listen to Spot bark;; listen to Spot meow;; listen to TV suck;; listen to rayzray yell %^&%.. i CAN"T "Listen" to music in mono in my slippers..
  20. the only fix for a broken i-pod is a "No-Pod".. .... soooo,, i go bring my brother to a VA Hospital for a Disability Hearing;; and there were NO i-pods anywheres;; it was amazing,, i was the "talk" of the cafeteria/canteen with my Hi-MD;; oh,, and when i offered to "Record" my brothers hearing with my Hi-MD PCM quality;; like NON-i-pod quality;; i raised some eye-brows;; but my brother said no;; as the VD defense shivered.. seemed they KNOW what they cudda been up against.. my brother admitted it would have been GOOD to record it all'' as they were recording also.. (i wasn't there to see what ancient relic they were recording with;; probably a cassette deck..) another notch for MY (rayzray) Hi-MD.. oh,, it took my brother 1 1/2 hours for the hearing;; i was having sooooo much fweakin fun with my Hi-MD (non-ipod) that i told him he could stay another 1 1/2..!!
  21. some ppl have all the luck;; what a fine catch,, Guitarfxr..
  22. they have "Dollar Stores" in Japan!!!!?? or are they really "Yen Stores";; lol.. anyways;; you can buy an eyeglass repair kit with a few different size screws in them..
  23. yes;; i DO "Rock" if you may say so;; i will "Rock" till i'm 99 Years old;; and on my 100th Birthday i will still "Rock" (if i make it that far) they say "only the Good die young" so i should live forever.. yes;;that was a funny spot in the text;; i liked it.. that WORD (%#%$) IS my favorite word in the English language;; and i use it a LOT in appropriate situations.. speaking of ((the track that had the %#%$ Squeezed out of it));; i can associate that with my "Singing".. i used to use a load of reverb/delay on my voice for years and years;; and no one could ever really prove if i was singing the word "Luck",, "Duck" ,, or %#%$.. i used to drive the crowd crazy.. i made sure my mouth was right up to the Ball of the mic so no one could "Read my Lips" too..
  24. well;; IMO;; when i read it;; it didn't seem redundant;; and it was interesting;; and refreshed me mind.. i have studies all this sooooo many times in my life and FORGET it as fast as i read it;; cause;; i really don't APPLY it in my life.. i mostly PLAYED in studios;; rather that engineered,,etc.. i see this whole subject as a mirror image of one song sounding "Similar" to another;; and the myth that one person must have "STOLE" that song from someone else.. there are ONLY a few scales and chord progressions in our lifetime;; and we all have to "Write" DIFFERENT songs from the same sources.. yes;; some ppl "Steal" songs;; but many just use the SAME riffs we all studies from in practice books;; the "Buggs" bood;; the Hannon series;; the Berkley/Boston Texts which the Guitar ones are the BEST for my piano students.. IMO;; GOOGLE is a violator of copywrite laws and just a plain copy-KAT;; but of course we all use it.. (as we all steal music from everywhere).. oh,, Guitarfxr,, i read that 60's 70's stuff;; but,, just because i am almost 64;; doesn't mean i "Like" the 60's and 70's;; i do not dwell on the PAST;; and only love to listen to "New" music;; and new bands creating------ New "Stuff' from Old Stuff and scales and dales,, chords and discords.. i think more like a radical 15 year old;; and as i listen to my new Madina Lake CD and all the prettiness and ugliness a song can have;; using the same old chord progression and scales..
