The worldwide MiniDisc fanbase was somewhat shocked by a blog I wrote recently, in which a survey put the MiniDisc at number 14 in a list of Britain’s 20 most useless gadgets.

More here.

I think I like one of his other articles better: this one about yorkshire pudding (Hands up, how many of you even know what it is?)

Stamper was the name of one of the weaker-moraled personalities in "House of Cards" starring Ian Richardson, sort of appropriate don't you think?

Well, Yorkshire pudding is part of the staple diet over here in the the UK (or maybe only England). Delicious with Sunday roast and gravy. My mum makes the best YP this side of Barnsley, though I a veggie I have to do without the roast. "Toad in the hole" is a variant, with a sausage encased on the middle. Delicious, you should try that recipe...

I found a Quorn Toad in the Hole in Waitrose last week - very nice.

To get back on topic... How about the messenger gets his facts right, so he doesn't get shot? Discontinued does not, NOT equal useless. Can you record on an Ipod, to be able to later upload and edit the way you can on a Hi-MD? Can you use it as a data drive? Can you restore music FROM the Ipod to the computer were your HDD to crash or be wiped? Can you build a library on an computer uploading the music from different I-Pods, with the same quality? Can you? Huh? Can you? Do you feel lucky, punk? Well? Do you?

Do you?
