Yes, but a NetMD/MDLP unit is not the answer. You'll need a Hi-MD unit for this sort of functionality. I would recommend the NH700 or NH900, but more importantly, what is your maximum budget? btw, welcome to the forums.

I'm sorry, but there's nothing you can do [afaik]. I do know that there is a thread related to hacking the files so you can regain access but it seems a little undefined at the moment. There is a backup utility within Sonicstage, so don't scorn Sony too hard because you didn't employ it.
