Trying to delete an individual photo in an album but I receive a message that I don't have permission...eh?

The N10 is netmd and the N920, still in production, is newer than the n910. I use an N10 occasionally, it is small and sleek. My favorite non-HiMD MDLP recorders are Sharp units with Auvi amps. Stuff I record with other recorders gets put into an Auvi player so having a recorder with the amp is nice.

I owe Rich a couple of thanks in this post as I've done several transactions with him. E-mails are always polite, transactions are always smooth, everything is smooth with Rich.

Only in Japan though I know a guy who takes a suitcase full of phones to Hong Kong every month and sells them...says this is a popular model. -
Nope, correlates to "Japan Quality Assurance".
-
Yeah, that is becoming popular here as many people watch tv on the trains and subways. Right now the top selling phone is by Sharp called the 911SH with a 3-inch screen and access to 1segu; a digital tv signal for the cellphone available in all large metro areas.

Atrac lossless @ 352 plays natively on NWS-706F player
bland10000 replied to 1kyle's topic in The Loft
The Sony-Japan site advertises it as being able to play back 352 lossless. Could be a matter of bending the truth or maybe not...like to hear more about it. while the Walkman stick doesn't list that as an option... nor does the nw-e series... -

You have to use the program AU Music Port. Access to it is done via the cd-rom supplied in the box. -

Yes, the English language version works. Remember, the SS4/4.2 is only for loading music onto the Sony memory stick not the internal memory. Here is the link to SS 4.2, the latest version. I just tried a test that failed. I bought a card reader this afternoon at Yodobashi and stuck the MSPD card in it. SS won't recognize it and I did a drop and drag of a music file in .OMG format onto the card...phone won't recognize it so to load playable music onto an MSPD card you have to use SS. -

I haven't done a test of playlength, just what I am getting as I go about the day. Today, I loaded the internal memory and got 8 hours playtime before arriving back home. Looking at the cell meter, it hasn't lost a notch. -

1 en sale? For the internal memory, you will have to use Lissmo for downloading from the net and AU Music Port for loading your cd's. With AU-MP you can import your tracks in WAV, AAC, WMA, MP3, and something else. It will get transferred to the internal memory in an AU format that has a max kbps of 128 but sounds fine for what it is. The software will run on an English OS. The only problem with viewing is the options in the pull down menus appear as ? and " but the interface and screens you go to from selecting options appear fine. -

There are currently two phones in the Japanese market that play atrac, this phone and the Music Porter II from NTTDoCoMo. The MPII does play Atrac3+ files, at least up to 256...don't know about 320 and 352. I'm surprised that a product bearing the Walkman label does less than the DoCoMo product that doesn't. -
product review moved.

He made a purchase through me that was a quick and simple transaction, money was sent via PP and emails were friendly and succinct.

Good, nobody bid or bought on this offering and it has closed but the guy is a trooper...he has relisted them. Always good to be an optimist.

The 40 will work with legacy units but only as a one-line remote. To take advantage of the three lines requires a hi-md unit. When you title a legacy disc via SS, SB, or manually with a recorder, you only get to enter one field with information. With hi-md, you can enter three fields of information(artist, song, and album). It is the different fields that the remote displays and since legacy just has one field, it is a one-line display.

I've sent a few eh50's stateside; my sellers thread at t-board and thread here at mdcf. With EMS shipping, so you can track it, the cost is 155.85 usd via paypal.
-
You can find out the price at least by entering the product number in the search box. At the moment, the lowest price is 34,980 en. Then you need to consider shipping costs, about another 2,300 en. If you go through Price-Japan you also need to add on another 40.00 usd for the finder/sender fee for anything that costs less than 700 usd total.

For two years I have roamed the back alley shops in search of this model and I found one last night somewhere on the Nambu line close to Tachikawa. To relate the size of the cradle and carry pouch, I used the same figurine as the standard... the supplied earphones... and the cutest box I've ever gotten an MD unit in... The amp is the analog-amp and the supplied cell is the nh-10wm. The remote is a white 33el but unlike the white remotes that came with the e630's, the cable for the remote is black. Funny thing about the salesman was that he didn't know I had been searching for this particular unit for about two years so when I picked up the box he starting offering it to me for less than the sticker price. Thing is, as I'd been searching high and low for it, I would have paid twice the sticker price.
