i am soooo pissed at myself for letting a friend down for about 30 years; just over some "here-say" statement by another person!!!! you see;; in 1965 ;; i joined my first band; auditioned and got the job on the spot. your typical top 40 semi rock band; we even did cadrills;lol. one guy in it was about 300+ pounds and could play multi-instruments. the only problem was that he was obsessed with dying at the age of 39 like his father. we would go out to eat after a gig; and he would order 10 hambergers; and stuff like that for himself. i played with that band for 2 years before forming my own band;BUT; always kept up as friends; even though he played in competing bands after. his comdition got worse; he started using "drugs' (pot at first.) then he was in the TOP local band here for years; but one day had a breakdown. i heard from a local musician that he was in a nursing home about 30 miles away ; and (DIDN"T RECOGNIZE ANYONE). soooo,, i ASSUMED that he would not recognize me; so i never went to visit. us musicians always talke of him; and the good old days; but non of us never went to visit him. a couple of days ago; the owned of a music store we all used to buy things at told me he went to visit him; found out where he was through his family; and that he REMEMBERS EVERYTHING; even names; and events. the owner brought him a Hammond Spinet Organ and they had a nice visit. i am soooo pissed that i trusted the judgement of another and was convinced he would not recognize me. i am gonna get a collage of photoes of us together; (even THE official band pphoto); and bring it to him; along with what ever musical stuff i still have that he can use. i will take him out to our favorite lunchonette and order New York style weiners; but not 25 of them. lol. i'm so pissed at myself; our mutual friend says he never should have been comitted; that he seems ok; what a waste of talent; for 0ver 30 years. i drove all the way home from the music store trying to comprehend what had happened; where was his family; will us local musicians have to become his family.?!.

[let me qualify myself to make this statement: i own 27 Sony units Mostly Decks; and all the connecting hardware that goes with it. and probably over 800 MD's , but only about 8 Hi-MD discs; that a LOT of FWEAKIN money i invested in a format; that ("WAS SUPPOSE TO LAST ME A LONG TIME DJ'ING") ESPECIALLY KEEPING THE dECKS GOING AND UP-TO-DATE!!!!!!!! i have come to the conclusion Sony as a company has become a "Quitter" and have let a lot of ppl down; especially yous ppl. when are yous gonna se the light; they will NEVER EVER listen to yous and put out a unit tha yous want. they are a two headed dragon; one head fighting the other all the time. i am fortunate for my age to be at retirement age; so SONY FORCED ME TO TAKE AN EARLY RETIREMENT; cause i had put years and years of music onto Standard MD's; figureing someday if they ever come out with a better format; i can easily swith to that with all me music; and hard work i put into it. Sony are a bunch of "Clowns"; they ruined my last years as a DJ' i was doing great; but my Decks are starting to die and fall apart; (WITH NOTHING TO REPLACE THEM) . F*** Socy; i won't even buy a SOnd CD anymore; or their Ratt-like minor companies. yous guys are all "dreamers" and are being "Duped" my Sony; but i hope for the best for yous; that at least Sony will miscalculate themselves and give yous at leat a little of what you want and deserve. it gives me much PAIN to reat all your hopeful rants on the thread; Good-Luck. we all know SOny will F*** it up in the long run!!!!

i have 5 Panasonic DVD Recorders;; i just put a DVD-A disc in my DMR-ES40V and it's playing it.. i LOVE thes DVD recorder;; and especially the DVD-Rams. late edit]] just put it into the Parasonic DMR-ES20 and it played in that one too.. i also have the Players/only ; let's see "" 8one sec; 2 sec; 6 sec ....* NO!! it will NOT play in the Panasonic DVD-S29 late late edit]] Red alert red alert]] But it IS playing in another DVDS-29; maybe i have the A?V Mixer on the wronk setting; yes the DVD-A plays in the players also.. there is one more Pana DVD Recorder; but my wife will not give up her American Idol ; or what ever to let me try it. late late late edit]] as an added attraction; i put it in my Sony CD/DVD Player (DVP-NS50P; and it IS playing in that one too.)

i am listening to myself (rayzray) playing "Boogie Woogies" on my Yamaha 88 key elec keyboard/pinao ; that is always just behind my swivel PC chair; i just spin around and play a lick; then spin again and post so quick. i can even face the East Wall and play a left handed "riff" while i mouse the PC in a "jiff"!

Buddha-Bar "Nature" DVD (i am remixing it;; lol).. love the Buddha-bar series/collection; can;t get nough of it;; fit for a king; sit and listen; Spot , don't run; Jane want to listen!

i am trying to "Pirate " something ; and the stupid logo is on the lower right hand corner; so; i put it in my A/V Mixer and put a "Black Dot" over the loge; like it's my logo called the "black Hole". i know it's not nice; but it's nice to fool Mother Nature" i am so pissed as this; but; to make it fair; i am only copying trhe Nature scenes; and leaving the animals out i am pissed that the monkeys kiss the camera lens. oh; to make it even fairer; i am popying in slow motion; and not sound; what really pisses my off is that they are speeding up a lot of the scenes; so my slow motion is nill/null// and fied. that pisses me off. the stallagmites seem to be moving; that pisses me off; but the raindros are nice. so, if they speed up and i slow down; is it normal? don't seem to be; seems abmormal. i can't tell if i am coming or going; hey that gives me an idea; why don't i record it in slow motion backwards. now that don't piss me off.

Audio mixng functionality felt even more cramped than video switching. 2. However; you won't be able to accept line-level stereo feeds from two separate computer sources. 3. The AWS-G500 has a built-in character generator for creating title keys to feed the DSK, BUT amazingly, the CG application completely takes over the machine, shutting down the switching function entirely. 4. -.... the Anycast suffers from an attempt to do too many different things without focusing on doing any one of them particularly well.... 5. oh and the cost $19,500 USD; you'd think for that much money, they could get it right!!!! yes; it's their "attidude"; get rid of the "dead_Meat, Sony!!!! and this of course reflects on all other Sony Products; including Hi-MD; and "THE DECK"; and i as a former Sony Bling bling enthusiest finaly admits defeat of the higher-uppers ther ; or should i was the un-defeat of them; they THINK they are winning; but slowly dying a slow death. please don't burry them in RI; there is no room for them!!!! oh, moral of the post; don't TRUST Sony in the future; i don't (IMO).!

a DVD Project; mixing audio from Hi-MD900 (Hi-SP) onto DVD; works good; my new glitch; if i was a woman ; i would be a B**CH; but i am a man; with man projects; so i am a Bay-tho-van_Lug-witch.! ok; on my camcorder lens it says: (f+2.3-46 0mm F.1.6-2.7 and 0 (with a slash thought it) and 30. so, is (30) the size i need for the screw in toeophoto adaptor ring? i am confused; the girs (salesperson told my the one i was looking at won't fit; but it said something like this: will fit all camcorders with 20, 25, 30, 32, 32.5 34 (appros numbers) so, the 30 ring/adaptor is the one i use to adapt to MY camcorder; right? and shold i get a wide screen one? like i could take my whole room at once? can i camcord small objects at about 2 feet with the telephoto lens?

i have soooo many decks; but no Pro decks; but i can do "pro Stuff" wit my not so Pro Decks ; all 26 or 27 of them; IMAGINE what i can do with ONE sweakin Hi-MD deck; maybe conquor the world. my life has been great;all music; what an ending to my life if i can be burried wit my first piano stool and a Hi-MD Deck.

im pissed at not being pissed; everything is going ok; love life; life loves; i went to a dance recital this morning and camcorded my piano student (not pissed); i am using the video from the camcord and recorded the audio on my Hi-MD900 ( still not pissed); i will put the Hi-MD audio over the video tonight; (still not pissed); ppl kept on talking and figgiting (now i am getting pisseD; babies cry; (keep them home); i had to go to the bathroom and you are not allowed to get up; (that pisses me off); i really couldn't go to the bathroom because i was wired to the seats with my Hi-MD external mic chord; and was tied to the seat's arm rest with the mic's hum-biblical chord; so as not to make movement noise; (pissed pissed pissed i gotta P***)! lights too bright ; ppl to flight; Dwight would have been pissed too. recorded two songs , 45 minutes apart (very pissed) *this is not even my own blood family member*! now i am home; video will pass for now until i add EFX and doctor it up; but the audio is great thanks to my (Hi-MD-900). moral of the story; go to the bathroom first or else you'll be "Pissed"..!!

not to be Re_done_dant, (Sp) but; i am listening to my first two tracks of MY "Rush-Rerushed" DVD; the two that i lifted the audio from the CD in perfect synk; except for my minor volume mistake and the glitch that i think was in the original recording; it's as tasty as a jar or Marmite! [late edit] oh, wow' i am listening/WATCHING my visual layered over "Between the Wheels"; the "Cave" i have layered over Rush, a Bat hanging from the gray gloomy cave wall; (the bat is looped) and it;'s a short loop;; the bat looks like it's doing pull-ups on a spike! i am not sure if that's another bat next to it or a deat skull; too hazy; but very intreaguing and morbid with the lyrics.

i voted "Only when the price Dropped" as Contrare to my other hateful post in another thread. i want this unit; put it is on the BOTTON of my want list now. i am like a cock-a-roach (sp); if dead ratts are not available to eat; i'll feed on dest companies!

i'm pissed off cause yesterday i wanted to post sonething that i was pissed off about; but balked cuae yous gyss are more pissed than i was; and; today i can't remember what i was pissed off about; so i am pissed that i for got what i was pissed of about. is it my age; or the fact i am always re-mixing and creating and getting no sleep; and when i do go to bed; the cats wake me; and that pisses me off. i had my share of telephone companies; i rather pay a little more and have a company i can negotiate with in problems like ther;; it does happen. i hate to be pissed off at a merson or number at the other end of the line that i cannot see; i rather be pissed off at a person i CAN see. anyways, if i ever remeber what pissed me off; i will sure post it!
