each Blank Md Brand has a slightly different size in the Label area . Sony and Axia , are not the same , TDK also different so you have to measure the labels that come with them , Then in a Processing program like NeoOffice , or Open office , where you can make templates , ( MS Word as well , but I am on a Mac) You make Tables , the size you need and save them as templates , Named according to the type of disc , ( ie: Sony 8o min.template, TDK 74 min.template ) etc Then open the Template in your program , Drag in artwork for each Table , Layer Titles on top . Print to sticky back Photo quality paper ( Glossy or Not ) cut them out , stick em on .

Battery at about 40% then packaged in a ziplock baggie with a drypack ( Silica gel) in with it , and put in the fridge .

Well , MD will basically dwindle down to the Asian Market , as that is where it comes from to begin with . Yahoo Auctions in Japan have a Plethora of gear . and in Japan everyone is swapping out for the iPod and Sony MP3 players , Plus the Cell phones over here do everything , TV , Internet , Music , Video ,Shopping , act as your Credit Card , I do Mean everything . So MD is very much a Niche item now I can get a New RH1 , I know where several are sitting , but they have that Price tag issue . Ebay will have stuff as well , but here Stephen is basically correct Yahoo Auctions Japan , will have stuff in better condition , Japanese people tend to take better care of things so the used Item ( If it is from a Japanese person ) will probably be in good shape , there are areas you have to be careful though , good use of the Google translator is advised .

MD Transfer 2.0 from Sony's website , will let you upload the tracks as Wav files to your Mac . It will also let you Title the tracks in the RH1 , Check my profile and if you have Skype , klik the Skype ID and I will guide you through it , in detail . Fellow Mac User , and RH1 owner

A fellow Mac User

Guess I will have to take my Macbook down and try it out at the store , I would hate to buy it on assurances only to get it home and see that it doesnt work . I tried this with a Creative Nomad , Muvo that is supposed to be seen as a USB drive , and it recognized , and I transfered files , and ejected it , but it wouldnt reboot properly afterwards and said it had been Improperly disconnected , and would not start up . So I had to go into a recovery mode on it , and reformat before it would start .
