my semi-vast collection of "commercial" sound clips (radio & TV) ; some are so sweakin funny;; expecially those Bud-Lite ones; you know; the ones with that moody B****; i mean; Mean Lady; (how did they get away with that)!

late edit;; OH! ALL on Standard MD's of course; would i trust any other format?

Well; i couldn't take it any longer; knowing that there are only two more Flaming Lips CD's left at the CD store; was hoping for the DVD set ; but it's just not gonna happen.

soooo, i buys it; takes it home; transfers it to Hi-MD900 #1 & #2; goes to take a nap and listen ; and; (IT"S THE GREATEST CD i have bought in a long while); i absotutly love EVERY song; ((well i'm only up to "Mr Ambulance Driver".

i had to stop there; my heart was beating so fast from the excitement; and the mastery of vocals and instruments (especially synths).!

they start off with "The Yeah Yeah Yeah Song" which see them (the FL's) as a little Bjorkish vs Flaming Lips,, but interesting.

then on trach 2; they do a Prince inpercination; love the sweaking song.

then they start a transformation towards the FL's via a Beach Boy sound;

by the 4 song on they are TRULY themselves; as GOOD as any CD they eva had; maybe this is the BEST!

even if the next 4 songs are not that great; i give this CD a 10 out of 10!

i couldn't take it anymore when i started seeing good reviews on it; like (8.9) etc; that did it. i MUST buy it!

they make me wanna get out all my fweaking synths and my Harmonizers and vocalizers; and digital efx machines and play along.

since i didn't get the DVD version; i decided to MAKE MY OWN DVD of it; like i will do all the visuals; and "Act" out all the parts; (maybe with help from my students); but i WANT to be the "Star'; there is no room in there for my little cute students to horn in on my popularity.

yes; i will do it solo; with all my studio characters; and call it "The Toungue Between The Flaming Lips".!!!!

you can't miss with this one.!

A recording I did at the Sokol Underground in Omaha, last night. Is the first recording I did in three years and the first I did with a Hi-MD player. I doesn't sound great but it doesn't sound bad at all.

what do you think you did wrong to get a (not so great) recording; was it the mic;; the mic placement; your settings; what?

oh; i just got finished listening to my Rush "Rushed" remixed DVD ; AND; my Jethro Tull remixed DVD.

Be without you- Mary J Blige

That's pretty much the only song that I like from her latest album. She performed it on a talkshow and it was kind of bad.

Stuge: LOL. That album cover cracks me up. Kuch kuch hota hai!

It's Simple Rayzrayl: I couldn't find my good mic's and I used the Auto Settings on the MD (Big Mistake!!!!), also the unfimarity of MZ-RH10 in a recording live situation.

I'm also listening to Wayne Hancock "That's What Daddy Wants"

"Paper" (I Heard it through the Grapevine) by Queen Latifah . i wanna re-mix it for a BD Party i just took!

she is my woman; she REALLY can sing when she wants to (( if she was Queen and i was King; i'd let her fill me with bling))

she also leaves M J Blige in the "Dust"; as the Eagles did!

why .?? :wacko:I hope you must be knowing the meaning of those words .

Does it have some other meaning in your country ??

lol I'm not Indian so I have no idea what it means. It's just that the album cover is horribly cheesy.

making an MD (standard) of "Dinner Music" for the Dj'ing i have to do:

adding:

again & again - Jewel

always on your side - s Crow & sting

for you i will (confidence) - Teddy Geiger

you'r beautiful - James blunt

bad day - daniel powter

once again - Frankie Jordan (girl)

what's left of me - nick lachey

in that order; what's nice is i can re-place them (re-track them) to be the first songs to play on my "Dinner Music" MD.

i can do anything i want with my MD's; i can even be "superman"! ((and that's what i am listening to))

Listening to:

Blue Jam - Chris Morris (a mix of comedy and music)

You should all watch BrassEye, very very funny!

the paedophile episode is one of the funniest comedy moments ever. so dark though & the point of fun being at hysterical british media rather than a tragic crime get missed by most who see it.

stuge; definately a good album and GREAT artist; a hardened singer and entertainer! *kinda like me* lol.!

i am listening to my Hi-MD900 with only one ear budd; while listening to my wife give "Orders" through my other ear.

her constant "Tone" (pitch) just is not in "Key" with my Flaming Lips' songs!
