  1. None for me, none for Dex, anyone else should chime in if possible.
  2. Compressed air for the input keys, perhaps? I'm stumped, to be honest.
  3. Yes, within our Equipment Browser. http://minidisc.org/manuals/sony/sonysite/MZ-E10.pdf p.s. Don't post this in the Comments/Suggestions to Minidisc.org + Forums next time, please.
  4. I'm not the most well versed in this field, but I do know that experience and practice will help. If anything, you can always sharpen your "wield" times; i.e. turning the unit on, setting it to manual, adjusting recording settings steadfast, etc. After time, you'll be the fastest recorder in town. Today is a day of bad puns and little sleep. p.s. Record as much as possible though, get comfortable with such so when you do want to do it for real, you don't have to question anything.
  5. Go to Menu > REC mode > Mic Sens and tell me what it's on.
  6. Regardless, are you using Sonicstage 2.3?
  7. Welcome, both of you. Do you have these problems when you use the remote? I have no idea what this is all about.

Maybe I'll start a MD podcasting show.

Keep telling yourself that, Rumz. I say you keep your interests with Shuttle; I almost wanted to recommend a Mac Mini but let's not kid ourselves here. The SN45G is nice for the price point, throw a Chaintech AV-710 in there or something just for kicks, eh? Damn, if you're content with that me [nForce2], moving up to a SN95G and related hardware would be like driving a Model T Ford and a Bathurst '68. And do you see yourself wanting to upgrade further in the future? You sorta hint at it..
  10. That device only has 64 MB of built-in storage, are you sure it's wise to keep recommending this?
  11. Looks like they have a good resellerrating, too. Very nice find, craftech.
  12. Not sure about the usb cable, but here are instructions on how to get the manual: Go here: http://www.iq.sony.com/srvs/sosdocs/defaul...src=sonysupport ..and put in MCMDR1 as the search term. Enjoy..
  13. Sonicstage 2.3 isn't that bad, and I will not say that again to you. You didn't see the MD beach commercial that was running around last year or so? Seems like I saw that one incessantly, but then again, you live in Alabama..

Just for curiousities sake, what is your maximum budget?
  15. Like Tiesto suggested, why don't you read the NH1 manual? It has instructions on how to use the remote.
  16. You can try reinstalling via the directions in the NetMD faq.

nForce3 and beyond have pretty decent onboard audio. Seriously.
  18. Doh! Thank goodness I'm taking a vacation next week, I need it.
  19. I'm not sure if an English manual exists, although my NH900JE does have documention for this remote in English as it comes stock. What do you wish to learn about the remote? Perhaps I can help you initally, and then when I have some time, scribe the aforementioned documentation to a thread for future reference.
  20. HGe's already stated he's using SS 2.3, ROM. You gotta read what he's saying, mate. Anywho, if electrical adjustment (CD and MO overall adjustment) has not been finished completely, “NV Error” is displayed on LCDs of the unit and the remote. So, there is a few things that could be occuring, but ruling out software is a good idea. What operating system are you using, and what're your system specs?
  21. Have you actually lost tracks whilst uploading with Sonicstage 2.3? I have not [yet], Dex hasn't either..
  22. No, it's nothing like that ROM. Anyways, did you have anti-virus software running during the installation? Have you read my recommended tips for anti-virus and spyware removal? What other programs are running when you load SS?
