That venue is famous for it's open stages, as we;; as the after fetival all night parties where anyone can play with anyone.(Tuvan throat singers jamming with Ry Cooder, Violent Femmes jamming with Taj Mahal) it's around, go to Cuba, it's there on a large scale. Yeah things will have to change, but it's still generally all right Bob

AFAIK you have to wait for the unit to write your TOC before the disc is readable. Next time after pressing stop or pause, ait a few seconds, and see if the TOC is written. Just a thought Bob

Are you using a preamp on your turntable, or just plugging your turntable right into your MD? You may also have to go to your sound property page and slide your line level up, or un-mute it if it got muted. Good luck, Bob

It doesn't come with leads, any 6 volt a/c adapter will work with the right sized connector. Glad you got your stuff, have fun Bob

I think it was actually the 900 that had some issues, although there are a lot of happy people with it, if I were me i'de get it Bob
