    MusicMagic Mixer all the way! Much better than Moodlogic. Make a playlist and the drag n drop into SS (or any program/folder).

    I doubt it. The mp3 players of today from Sony do not allow drag and drop so HiMd would be no different.

    Not at all But if I had a choice I would rather go for the more quality option (according to Sony anyway). Every single electronics piece I had from Japan worked for years (and decades) so I like it.

    I find it funny that the moderators on Minidisc.org are anti-sony and anti-minidisc. Perhaps an iPod.org is the way to go? And Made in Japan is better than Made in Taiwan IMO.

    If you are in Europe then the NH1 is the only choice (not volume capped). Apart from that, NH1 is made in Japan, the others not.

    After updating to SP2 SS2.3 just stopped converting tracks to atrac (format not supported). Had to reinstall it, after that no problems whatsoever.

    MP3 Playback! Use a of AA battery holder aka N1. Better sound (maybe).

    Good. I wish more companies would support their local communities instead of outsourcing to cheap countries. Good for Kenwood, I wish they came out with a HiMD now.

    Yes, I remember I saw that in the shop for around £200. You could connect it to your pc and use a dvd player (with USB1.1). Plus I can imagine how slow the song scrolling would be.
