Yeah Im doing the first year of a two year course in my 'final' year of highschool. We are using black and white film and developing it ourselves, but i wanted to try out my polarizing filter that i bought so I've bought a few kodak ultra 400 colour films to see what happens, and to just keep busy. My coursework I handed in recently was crap as I hadnt done enough research (god I hate the research- I just dont know what to say other than I like this because bla bla bla and I dont do that because I dont know the terminology). For the next unit of the course, Im thinking of going back to greece for a few weeks to just try and get some street photog done.

I'm just going to try and get some photography done for coursework, work overtime for extra doh. Won;t be going anywhere this year. Hopefully I'll save enough money to have a trip to south africa later next year. what about you?>

are we trading new discs or used ones? 74 min or 80 mins sp? Whar rock do you like geddes? I like led zep, u2, ac/dc, def leppard, and then stuff like the cardigans, dido, kosheen etc. not really into rap, classical, country, trance, rnb. I would also like to hear some smooth jazz, if you know Sade then I would like to hear some stuff that could be compared to that.

i had to hold back on my ac.dc album i had ordered I will probably just get it on the 22nd, meh. I've realised that I really prefer led zeppelin live much more than otherwise. An example being, 'Dancing Days' on the album 'How The West Was Won' is sung alot better with more 'notes' i mean less of a 'dull' sound than on this album. I really wish they had done a box set with all the songs live (I already have 'how the west was won'. *edit* I meant sung in less of a 'moody' tone

The box set I was going to give my dad for xmas but have decided to share it with him and give it to both of us 'as an early xmas present'.

I must say that after going there a few times, it amazes me how much people spend on heaphones, modding their cables and so on. If I were going to get another pair of 'phones I would want to try out etymotics and those sony ones that ish got. Would be more likely to buy the ety;s though, just because I wouldnt want to suddenly not use my ath-a900's just because of a better pair of 'phones. At least if i got ety's I could use them on my portables and keep the cans for home use.

haha, you're right about head-fi equating to spending urges, but hey, if he wants to mod them and u dont mind losing money for it, go for it. I wouldnt be surprised if u were told to just get a more expensive pair of phones though lol.

lol sorry dude but it is a FACT that using capitals, bold, italics is deemed as 'shouting'. Look it up on the net, its called, contrastive stress. It is used in the english language to make language 'louder'. If you want to add emphasis, its a bit better to just use italics. I do it sometimes. example, GEORGE BUSH IS AN IDIOT!, compared to george bush is an idiot!, see the difference? Watever, I just find it annoying, my two cents.

In the uk when people say,'oh not another south african', as if that's supposed to be funny. I doubt they say oh not another Indian or whatever, what difference does it make? I am providing better service and so are 'those indians'. Maybe it's because I am in henley, but it just bugs me. The fact that there are hundreds of brtish people living overseas, and in the holidays just drinking beer all day and watching sky tv in pubs (on the greek islands), just annoys me big time. Oh well. I guess its in every culture, In greece people often refer to anyone not from greece as a Xeno or in direct translation, foreigner.

I hate the fact they use inches and yards etc as well as their measurement of weight, stones, and ounces and. Just about the whole of europe uses metric except for england. I get people where i work asking how much is that in inches and i say about 3 cm to the inch, and i get, i want it exactly - bah.

I wanted to ask a quick question, and found this thread yeeea, ok well I just wanted to ask about the power output of the EH1 compared to the the atrac walkmans. Possibly a question for atraclife but felt as people here have the eh1 its better to ask here. My r909 can power my ath-a900's just enough to be able to listen to them away from home if I need to, but my hd5, cant power them for love nor money. Both are rated at 5mw per channel which doesnt mean jack as the hd5 is weaker. Is the EH1 as powerful as my r909, ish? you own an r900 and an eh1 right?

If you got yours from world digital you got scammed I think. Well I got the same deal, the plastic wrapping around the battery looks dodgy as does the box in which the wall charger came in, add that to the fact that the charger says its meant for the nh-10wm or something like that. I dunno. I suppose better have a battery expand in the wall charger than in the unit itself (which has happened to my r909 once-had to pull it out with a pair of pliars).

lol, well, I would rather have a shtee average car with an average sound system than that gullwing door silver car. If I had the money that person spent on that car,I would rather get myself a suzuki hyabusa or a yamaha r1, if not one of those then I would buy an old lamborghini or something and fix that up instead. Nice car there, I would prefer a lamborghini miura if I had the cash though *drooools*
