as far as i know, you can create playlists. Im pretty sure can do it on the unit, but am positive you can do it using sonic stage.

type s makes PLAYBACK of LP2 AND LP4 recordings sound better.

yeah, thats what the SP function is for. It will be 'fake' sp, so in 132 bit rate, but it will play back on a non mdlp player.

how often do u do a restore? Dont you have it set to create restore points and use an amount of hard disk space>>>?

Make sure you update the firmware first. As far as Im aware, the firmware update, unhacks it, if its the euro version. If not, nothing to worry about, just use the remote. I had cracks on my buttons just because I had to hack the volume limiter on it. Lucky for me, the buttons are BLACK so you cant see them unless you look under a microscope type thing, they just look like someone has gone over the top of the button with a pin, so not much of a big deal to me, compared to when the silver buttons crack and it's visible from below the surface. Did you buy ZeroDb's unit??

there is no function to have it on all the time.

its probably the recording head. My n910 sometimes craps out while writing. recording heads are too expensive to replace i.e not worth the cost. you could try taking an air can to it, although I doubt that would do much if its the magnetic optical block.

lp2 sounds fine to me

you wont be able to get rid of the no copy message thing without going analogue. Unless of course you are up to ripping the dvd to an audio cd or re-ripping the dvd to a new dvd which gets rid of copy protection.
