lawless50 is selling his NW-HD5 off: http://www.atraclife.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=2821
-
NW-HD5's the successor to the NW-HD1. So that means that the NW-HD5's better than the NW-HD1 - NW-HD1's got shorter battery life, no playlists function, no user-upgradable firmware and (unless it's been factory-upgraded), no direct MP3 playback.

FT: Trading Inner Cabinets for NW-50x (Only)
kerfuffle replied to SkylineGTRspecII's topic in Classifieds
It got moved to Classifieds. Guess you posted it in the wrong section. xD Ishiyoshi likes to keep the forum nicely organised. -
So they have the EX32s in stock . . . I went a few weeks ago; saw the EX51s at $79.90 and the EX71s at $79. O.O My cousin's in America at the moment, so I asked her if she could buy me the EX51s, as they're USD$39.95, and when converted into Australian Dollars, it's about AUD$52. And some 'replacement cushions' (silicon earbud replacements) for about AUD$11 (USD$7.99). Hopefully she'll be able to get them for me at a Sony Style shop.

Will the CD refresh in other programs e.g. Windows Media Player? Maybe you could try and clean your CD drive with a cleaning disc or something.
-
The NW-S700 series are up on the Sony Australia website, but you can't seem to buy the NW-S705F, 'cause I couldn't add them to my cart. But you can add the NW-S706F into your cart. And slightly off topic, but can anyone explain why the green version of the NW-E005F (they now come in green and pink, as well as violet and black) costs $199.99, whereas the other colours for the same model are $199.00? O.O
-
Can't you just delete all the songs from the database then by selecting all the songs and pressing Delete? O.O

NW-e40x-nw-e507, and perhaps nw-e00x.Color help.

'Cause blue is a better colour than silver. -
I mentioned before that Walkman phones don't support ATRAC (*.omg and *.oma) files. Bit stupid, I reckon. But then, might have been a smart thing. They might not have sold as much phones if they bundled SonicStage with it. O.O
-
Probably 'cause you bought yours in Australia, and therefore it's louder than its European equivalent, due to French legislation.
-
Thanks Ishiyoshi and Stuge.
-
Some routers have built-in firewalls. And Windows XP SP2 has one.
-
I don't think you can use Walkman phones with SonicStage. SonicStage supports ATRAC, whereas Walkman phones don't. There should be instructions somewhere in your phone manual about putting music on your Memory Stick.
-
I think I saw them at a couple of Bing Lees, as well as the Sony Central shop in the city. Bing Lee at Rhodes still have cases for the NWHD5 at about $45 each.
-
I thought it was measured at 48kbps, not 64kbps. O.O
-
It depends on what version (region) you download. People say that the Asia-Pacific version doesn't require any initialisation/reformatting.
-
I saw a NW-HD1 on eBay Australia yesterday, but I think the sale ended . . . eBay would be your best bet if you want a HDD Walkman. They're going to be used, though . . .
-
O.O All my songs are in Atrac3plus at 64kbps, and I couldn't hear any difference.
-
Yeah, it does. I got the magazine at home. I just find it odd that they didn't mention it in the e-mail. O.O
-
I think the offer's already expired in Australia, last year.
-
No difference for me, either. O.O
-
The only Sony Walkmans I see in those plastic bubble packs are those cheap-with-crap-battery-life CD Walkmans. Everything else comes in a (usually stunning) box.
-
Almost a month later, I get a reply from Sony Pre Sales about the NW-S70x. -______________________-" No release date, not even the month. O.O
-
O.O Sorry, I don't know any other solutions then, besides to get the screen fixed. Maybe there's more steps after step 10. I didn't initialise it when I wrote those steps, so maybe that's it. Sorry once again.

SonicStage has a option where you can split Atrac files. After selecting the track you want to split, go to Edit>Divide, then the track will start playing. When you want to split the track, click on 'Start Divide'.
