Maybe you need to install the drivers for the USB? O.O
-
I don't think you can . . . they look like database files or something.
-
I think you might need to install the driver you get on the CD with your NW-A3000.
-
Probably not ripping from the source. No such thing as 'enable gapless playback' in SonicStage. Unlike iTunes, SonicStage doesn't need a checkbox for gapless playback.
-
You seem to have a lot of questions about the NW-MS70D, HEARDATBEAT. xD
-
Sucks, when earphones break. Went through the experience eight times. xD Did they break because of the quality of the cable?
-
Same. No stuff ups with Internet Explorer 7 and SonicStage CP 4.0 for me, either, running on SP2.
-
As far as I know, no volume limit unlock exists for any of the flash-drive-based Walkmans. Sorry.
-
Wait time? Between the button presses? Nope.
-
Yeah. Went to the one in Liverpool yesterday and saw them for $75. I'm planning a trip to the city in December, so hopefully Sony Central (or JB Hi-Fi) will either have them at cheap prices or have the new MDR-EX32s. Maybe they haven't got wind of the news that they're no longer going to be sold. *thinking*
-
O.O Really? I'll go and see. Edit: So it does. I never knew that. O.O

Stuff the e-mail. I just found the latest copy of Sony's Pulse Magazine in my mailbox. And we're getting them. Released in December 2006, the 2 GB NW-S705F will only come in Violet, for AUD$369. The 4GB NW-S706F will come in Black and Violet and costs AUD$439.

I think it's because the NW-HD5 doesn't support those bitrates. Originally, the NW-HDx series can only support Atrac3plus in 48kbps, 64kbps and 256kbps. When SonicStage (can't remember which version, I think it was 3.4) released new bitrates, the only new bitrate the NW-HDx could supoort was 192kbps.

Yeah, I got that newsletter too. I sent an enquiry via the Sony website this morning, only to discover that the email failed to deliver to productinfo.au@ap.sony.com. So I sent one to contact.au@ap.sony.com. " I doubt I'll be getting a response anytime soon, though.

Hmm. Now I feel like emailing Sony Australia and seeing whether we miss out on the 4 GB model/more colours too. *thinking*
-
It has no database because you deleted the songs. In order to get your own songs onto your Walkman, you have to use SonicStage (sorry, no drag and drop). You can download it from the Internet. The links are here: http://www.atraclife.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=7

Nope. The only thing you can do is uncheck the 'This is a Compliation' box. Doesn't look like you can have it both ways.
-
Thanks, bogon07. I finish on November 7. Edit: The MDR-EX32LP earphones are coming out here, so I'm going to get those instead. Unless Sony clears the MDR-EX51LPs at less than $59 . . . *shifty look*
-
They ought to be flogging more colours. The iPod nano's now in *counts* five different colours. Why does New Zealand (and assuming that it'll be sold here, Australia) miss out on pink and violet?
-
Australia has to get these, then!
-
xD Nope. I ended up getting the MDR-E737LP earphones, the ones that originally came with my Walkman. I liked using them when I had them in the beginning with my Walkman, until they broke somehow last year. I also recommended them to my cousin; she loves them. So when my *insert ordinate number* pair of earphones broke, and I was desperate for new ones, (not to mention limited on how much I could spend), I went back to the E737s. I might buy them after the HSC though; nothing like a pair of new earphones as a reward for bludging, er, I mean studying . . . But then the MDR-EX32s which are coming out next month in Japan, aren't they the replacements for the MDR-EX51s? So if I wait a while, the EX32s might come out in Australia at a cheaper price than the EX51s, or the EX51s, like the NX1s, might suddenly decrease in price.
-
Yeah. -_____-" They should have given decent earphones right from the beginning of their Network Walkmans. Someone's already selling the 4 GB NW-S706 on eBay - I think it was about $AUD420.
-
Thanks, Ascariss. I had already checked on the Sony Australia site previously, but didn't see anything, hence my question. Also did an Australian search on Google, but didn't come up with any release dates. "

O.O I don't know if Australia's getting these or not.
