What you'd basically have to do is replace the headphone jack part of the R700, a small part/fix that would have to be ordered from a Sony parts center. Either of you any good at this stuff? If not, it may just be more reasonable to pick up another cheapish unit..

Whilst I think these sort of innovations are nice, I just can't see myself using that much data. Codecs [audio, video] haven't advanced enough to allow us to make proper use of such densities, like we do today.

In the grand scheme of things the current rotation of themes has one merit: I have no doubt that at least one of the themes will appeal to someone, and not all can be considered ugly. I think I've covered all the bases. I was thinking for my next theme..how about a nice Yellow/orange combo like a certain other forum. hahahaha NO. p.s. If you guys ever see any Invision 2 themes that you like, just PM me and I'll check it out. I won't lie to you though, we really have some of the best of the best as there isn't much to choose from.

Most likely within the next 12 hours. I also was able to raise the amount of megabytes [it's now 50] that could be uploaded in one shot, so when the gallery is functional I'll be expanding the "Live Recording" archive. Furthermore, I was also able to raise the memory size that facilitates uploading, so they should also go faster [hopefully].

How do you record? If it's software only, try recording via a microphone or optically via the optical in. Do a few tracks of that and see if it does the same just to rule out software.
