You need the remote itself, I am assuming you mean the NF520D. The RM-37LT or RM-39LT. They cost an arm and a leg on Sony's site and Audio Cubes but good deals can be found on eBay.

Just make sure your ISP is okay with it. Check you TOS to verify that you can have a web server with the service you purchase.

I had this happen to me for the first time last night. It turned out to be a damaged MD disc. The metal shutter on a TDK disc was slightly bent on the edge, sort of crushed a bit. I did not notice it at first but it freaked me out when it happened. I put in a new disc and it worked fine.
